“丝路城市”:“一带一路”沿线城市节点的特征与发展意义

【摘要】：文章以世界地缘经济新变化趋势作为背景,归纳总结了"丝路城市"的概念、特点以及理论和现实意义,并对这一城市群体对"一带一路"倡议推进的主要作用及面临的主要问题进行了分析。文章认为,"丝路城市"概念是对世界城市网络理论的补充,具有对内对外的双重发展作用功能,其发展依托于沿线区域的城市间网络建构。"丝路城市"将承担沿线国家主要增长极和地缘经济新发展区域的重要功能,对"一带一路"倡议的推进起到网络骨干、区域枢纽和国际治理等多种重要作用。"丝路城市"的发展也面对历史与现实、规模与功能、板块与网络等多方面的落差,同时面对单一城市过度发展、基础设施水平不足等诸多挑战。中国城市在促进"丝路城市"互动发展方面具有重要的引领和推动作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the new change trend of world geo-economy, this paper summarizes the concept, characteristics, theoretical and practical significance of "Silk Road City". The paper also analyzes the main role of this urban group in carrying forward the "Belt and Road" initiative and the main problems it faces. The paper holds that the concept of "Silk Road City" is a supplement to the theory of world urban network. Its development depends on the construction of inter-city network in the region along the route. The "Silk Road City" will assume the important functions of the main growth poles of the countries along the route and the new development regions of geo-economy. It plays an important role in promoting the "Belt and Road" initiative, such as network backbone, regional hub and international governance. The development of "Silk Road City" also faces the gap between history and reality, scale and function, plate and network, etc. At the same time, facing many challenges, such as excessive development of single city and inadequate infrastructure level, Chinese cities play an important leading and promoting role in promoting the interactive development of "Silk Road City".
