利用中国企业对外直接投资促进中国产业结构优化升级的研究

【摘要】：从党中央1978年提出改革开放政策以来，中国经济经过连续35年的高速发展，于2010年超越日本成为仅次于美国的第二大经济体。随着中国经济的迅速发展，其不合理的产业结构问题日益凸显。在此背景下，中国政府当局认为应该转变本国的经济发展方式，从而实现本国产业结构的优化升级。第二次世界大战后，国际直接投资获得了迅猛发展。随着经济全球化、贸易自由化的进一步发展，以及信息、通讯等高新技术的发展所带来的交易成本的降低，越来越多的企业将打破地域的限制，在全球配置资源以实现资源更为优化的配置。因此，国际直接投资在可预见的未来将继续增长。本文将中国企业的对外直接投资行为同中国产业结构的优化升级相结合，，通过分析中国产业结构目前的状况，寻找隐藏在中国产业结构中的不合理之处。然后阐述企业的对外直接投资行为与母国产业结构优化升级间的关系，并从总体规模、区域、行业、主体和方式五个角度来分析中国企业的对外直接投资行为在目前的状况。最后立足于中国产业结构的优化升级，从宏观和微观两个层面提出针对中国企业对外直接投资行为的相关建议。
[Abstract]:Since the CPC Central Committee put forward the policy of reform and opening to the outside world in 1978, after 35 years of rapid economic development, China overtook Japan as the second largest economy after the United States in 2010. With the rapid development of the Chinese economy, In this context, the Chinese government authorities believe that the mode of economic development should be changed to realize the optimization and upgrading of the domestic industrial structure. After the second World War, international direct investment developed rapidly. With the economic globalization, the further development of trade liberalization, and the development of information, communication and other high and new technology, the transaction cost has been reduced. More and more companies will break the geographical limit and allocate resources globally to achieve a more optimal allocation of resources. As a result, international direct investment will continue to grow in the foreseeable future. This paper combines the foreign direct investment behavior of Chinese enterprises with the optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure, and analyzes the current situation of China's industrial structure. Looking for the unreasonableness hidden in China's industrial structure. Then expound the relationship between enterprises' outward direct investment behavior and the optimization and upgrading of the home country's industrial structure, and from the overall scale, region, industry, This paper analyzes the current situation of foreign direct investment behavior of Chinese enterprises from five angles: main body and mode. Finally, it is based on the optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure. This paper puts forward some suggestions on FDI behavior of Chinese enterprises at macro and micro level.
