区域核心竞争力研究与区域品牌打造

【摘要】:经济全球化的趋势下,新的经济浪潮与经济危机不断涌现。资源在世界范围内的流动,加速了全球的竞争。国际分工越来越明显,同时区域一体化程度越来越高。世界各国经济社会紧密联系,使得区域之间通过行政划分或是自然产业分工联合起来,以整体形势参与经济竞争。区域发展在全球化的背景下迎来机遇的同时,也要面临着巨大的考验。区域政府面临着如何提升区域核心竞争力从而发展经济社会的难题,区域核心竞争力的相关研究被提高到战略层面。 随着经济的突飞猛进,城市化的步伐加快,区域品牌的建设受到人们的广泛关注,打造区域品牌是解决提升区域核心竞争力难题的关键途径。本文将研究区域核心竞争力和区域品牌两个方面,并提出应用区域品牌打造来提升区域核心竞争力。首先第一部分是关于区域核心竞争力理论阐述。在文献综述基础上,提出概念,即区域核心竞争力是由区域积累的一种保持自身持久稳定的竞争能力,这种能力是区域独具并通过资源调配、企业创新、产业升级等方式实现的整合。不难发现区域核心竞争力具有稀缺性、整体性、持续性和层次性等特点。区域核心竞争力从构成要素来讲,,由核心资源、环境条件、企业核心竞争力、产业核心竞争力和核心区竞争力五部分组成。对于区域核心竞争力的创建形式来讲,有三种分别是建立区域科技创新系统、发展特色经济和设立经济特区。其次从三个方面进行区域核心竞争力的实证分析,此处以河北省为例,找出提升河北省区域核心竞争力中存在问题。最后找到应用区域品牌打造的方法提升河北省区域核心竞争力。针对区域品牌的打造,在进行条件分析的基础上,给出如下四种方法:第一是整合资源要素、明确区域定位,第二是实施人才战略、加快产品创新,第三是营造市场环境、发展产业集群,第四是树立政府形象、宣传品牌文化。针对各市的产业依托,给出各市品牌打造实践。希望这些方法切实提高河北省区域核心竞争力,有助于河北省今后经济的发展。
[Abstract]:Under the trend of economic globalization, the new economic wave and economic crisis continue to emerge. The flow of resources in the world accelerates the global competition. The international division of labor becomes more and more obvious. At the same time, the degree of regional integration is becoming higher and higher. Countries in the world are closely connected with each other in economy and society, which makes the regions unite through administrative division or division of labor between natural industries. Taking part in economic competition in the overall situation. Regional development in the context of globalization ushered in opportunities, but also faces a huge test. Regional governments are faced with the problem of how to enhance the regional core competitiveness so as to develop economic and social. The related research of regional core competence has been raised to the strategic level. With the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization, people pay more attention to the construction of regional brand. Building regional brand is the key way to solve the problem of promoting regional core competence. This paper will study two aspects of regional core competitiveness and regional brand. The first part is about the theory of regional core competence. On the basis of literature review, the paper puts forward the concept. That is, the regional core competence is a kind of competitive ability accumulated by the region to maintain its own lasting stability. This ability is unique to the region and through the allocation of resources, the enterprise innovates. It is not difficult to find that the regional core competitiveness has the characteristics of scarcity, integrity, sustainability and hierarchy. The regional core competitiveness is composed of core resources, environmental conditions, and so on. There are five parts of enterprise core competence, industrial core competence and core area competitiveness. For the form of establishing regional core competence, there are three kinds of regional scientific and technological innovation system. The development of characteristic economy and the establishment of special economic zones. Secondly, the empirical analysis of regional core competitiveness is carried out from three aspects. Here, Hebei Province is taken as an example. Find out the existing problems in promoting the regional core competitiveness of Hebei Province. Finally, find out the method of using regional brand to enhance the regional core competitiveness of Hebei Province. Four methods are given as follows: first, integrating resource elements, defining regional positioning, second, implementing talent strategy, speeding up product innovation, third, creating market environment, developing industrial clusters, and establishing government image in 4th. According to the industry of each city, this paper puts forward the practice of brand building in each city. We hope these methods can improve the core competitiveness of Hebei province and help the economic development of Hebei province in the future.
