科技创新理念下小城镇发展策略研究

【摘要】：党的十八大提出了实施创新驱动的发展战略,强调科技创新对新型城镇化发展的支撑作用。分析了科技创新支撑小城镇发展的背景,探讨了科技创新支撑小城镇发展的重点领域,从创新意识、创新规划、创新方法、创新技术、创新管理方面提出了科技创新支撑小城镇发展的策略。
[Abstract]:The 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of implementing innovation-driven development, emphasizing the supporting role of scientific and technological innovation on the development of new urbanization, and analyzed the background of scientific and technological innovation to support the development of small towns. This paper probes into the key areas of supporting the development of small towns by scientific and technological innovation, and puts forward the strategies of supporting the development of small towns by scientific and technological innovation from the aspects of innovation consciousness, innovative planning, innovative methods, innovative technologies and innovative management.
