新疆对外贸易对居民收入的影响研究

【摘要】：新疆地处中国西部边陲，与俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦等八个国家接壤，，具有沟通欧洲、中亚的地缘优势。新疆不仅是中国与西方经济文化的交汇地，也是中国向中亚和南亚各国经济开放的重要门户。近年来，新疆对外贸易发展较快。2012年新疆进出口总额已经达到了251.7亿美元。与此同时，新疆居民收入也有较大的增长。2012年新疆城镇居民人均可支配收入已经达到了17921元人民币。与此同时，新疆农村居民人均纯收入也达到了6394元人民币。在西部大开发和建设“丝绸之路经济带”的背景下，新疆对外贸易乃至整个经济的发展将迎来一个黄金期。国家对于西部省市的发展给予了很多政策的支持，自治区对于本地的经济发展也有了很多新的规划。“十二五”期间，民生作为一个重要的经济指标被众多学者关注和研究，并且新疆在未来的发展规划中也提出了居民收入与GDP共同增长的要求。那么在西部大开发以及建设“丝绸之路经济带”的背景下，新疆该如何充分利用机会让对外贸易更好地带动本地居民收入增长，这是一个新问题。本文首先对新疆对外贸易以及居民收入现状进行了分析，并通过对相关机制的研究以及实证检验证明了新疆对外贸易对本地居民收入的影响确实存在。但在证明过程中笔者同时发现新疆对外贸易对于本地居民收入的影响力较小。随后，笔者结合新疆的实际情况阐明了新疆对外贸易对居民收入影响力较小的原因，并且在最后的章节里给出了一些合理的建议，旨在提高新疆对外贸易对居民收入的影响。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang is located in the western border of China, bordering eight countries, including Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, etc., it has the geographical advantage of communicating with Europe and Central Asia. Xinjiang is not only the meeting place between China and Western economies and cultures. It is also an important gateway for China to open its economy to Central Asia and South Asia. In recent years, Xinjiang's foreign trade has developed rapidly. In 2012, the total volume of Xinjiang's imports and exports reached US $25.17 billion. At the same time, In 2012, the per capita disposable income of urban residents in Xinjiang reached 17921 yuan. Meanwhile, the per capita net income of rural residents in Xinjiang also reached 6,394,400 yuan. In the context of the large-scale development of the western region and the construction of the "Silk Road Economic Belt", Xinjiang's foreign trade and even the entire economic development will usher in a golden period. The state has given a lot of policy support to the development of western provinces and cities. The autonomous region also has a lot of new plans for local economic development. During the 12th Five-Year Plan, people's livelihood as an important economic indicator was concerned and studied by many scholars. And in the future development plan, Xinjiang has also put forward the requirements for the common growth of residents' income and GDP. Well, in the context of the large-scale development of the western region and the construction of the "Silk Road Economic Belt," It is a new problem how to make full use of the opportunity for foreign trade to increase the income of local residents. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of Xinjiang's foreign trade and residents' income. It is proved that the influence of Xinjiang foreign trade on the income of local residents does exist through the research of relevant mechanism and empirical test. However, in the process of proof, the author also finds the influence of Xinjiang foreign trade on the income of local residents. The noise is small. Then, Combined with the actual situation of Xinjiang, the author clarifies the reasons why Xinjiang's foreign trade has less influence on residents' income, and gives some reasonable suggestions in the last chapter in order to improve the influence of Xinjiang's foreign trade on residents' income.
