【摘要】："一带一路"倡议的提出和实施已近四年了。近四年来,这一倡议得到沿线各国的积极响应,在国内外产生了广泛而深刻的影响,并已收获阶段性重要成果。认真梳理"一带一路"倡议的形成过程,分析这一倡议对我国和世界的影响,对于我们更好地把握这一倡议的科学内涵,进一步开创我国改革开放新局面,推动构建以合作共赢为核心的新型国际关系,推动构建人类命运共同体,具有重大而深远的意义。
[Abstract]:It has been nearly four years since the "Belt and Road" initiative was put forward and implemented. In the past four years, the initiative has received positive responses from countries along the route and has had a wide and profound impact at home and abroad. And has already harvested important achievements in stages. We have carefully combed the forming process of the "Belt and Road" initiative, analyzed its impact on China and the world, and made a better understanding of the scientific connotation of this initiative. It is of great and far-reaching significance to further open up a new situation of China's reform and opening up, to promote the construction of a new type of international relationship with the core of cooperation and win-win cooperation, and to promote the construction of a community of human destiny.
