中国经济转型期居民消费需求的影响因素研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来，中国经济转型不断加速。进入二十一世纪后，随着对外贸易中低成本比较优势的减弱，国际产业与技术升级、创新速度的加快，以及国内外市场竞争的日趋剧烈，使得相对过剩下的中国经济发展在国内消费、国际出口方面出现了明显动力不足现象。自上世纪90年代中后期以来，如何扩大内需成为学界与决策层所共同关注的话题。本文以经济转型时期中国居民消费需求的影响因素作为研究对象。首先，从居民消费需求持续下降这一现象切入，深入分析转型期居民消费需求变化的现状和特征，并结合世界部分主要国家同时期的相同指标数据进行对比分析，以期对转型期中国居民消费需求的水平进行全局性的定位。然后，利用经典消费理论对转型期中国居民不同时段消费需求的影响因素进行梳理。接下来，，对主要影响因素进行实证分析。最后,从当前和未来一段时期内中国的宏观调控主基调出发，具体提出了增加居民收入与稳定消费预期、改革初次收入分配结构与调整二次收入分配政策、规范发展各类市场与改善消费环境、加强企业创新升级与培育消费增长点等一系列宏观调控的政策组合建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economic transformation has been accelerating. Since 21th century, with the weakening of the comparative advantage of low cost in foreign trade, the upgrading of international industry and technology, and the acceleration of the speed of innovation, As well as the increasingly fierce competition in the domestic and foreign markets, which makes China's economic development under the relative surplus of domestic consumption and international exports obvious underpowered phenomenon. Since the middle and late period of -10s, How to expand domestic demand has become a common concern of academic circles and decision-makers. This paper takes the influencing factors of the consumption demand of Chinese residents in the period of economic transition as the research object. First of all, from the phenomenon of the continuous decline of the consumption demand of the residents, the paper deeply analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the change of the consumption demand of the residents in the transition period. Combining with the same index data of some major countries in the world, this paper makes a comparative analysis on the level of consumption demand of Chinese residents in the transition period. Then, Using the classical consumption theory to sort out the influencing factors of Chinese residents' consumption demand in different periods of time. Then, the main influencing factors are analyzed empirically. Finally, Starting from the main tone of China's macroeconomic regulation and control at present and for a period of time in the future, the paper puts forward specific proposals to increase residents' income and stabilize consumption expectations, to reform the structure of initial income distribution and to adjust the policy of secondary income distribution. A series of policy combinations of macro-control, such as standardizing the development of various markets and improving the consumption environment, strengthening the innovation and upgrading of enterprises and cultivating consumption growth points, are proposed.
