【摘要】：本文从系统梳理空间分工基本理论出发，实证分析了长吉图产业的空间分工演变趋势、特点及问题，实证分析了长吉图的空间功能分工演变趋势、特点及问题，最后基于理论分析和实证分析的结论提出长吉图的空间分工战略。本文的结构安排如下：第1章“绪论”，主要是提出问题，梳理相关研究文献，概括论文结构，说明研究方法，总结创新与不足。第2章“空间分工的基本理论”，阐释分工理论的发展脉络，着重从产业空间分工、空间功能分工和空间分工理论框架3方面来梳理空间分工理论，进而探讨空间分工的经济性和促进机制，最终构建起全文的理论支撑体系。第3章“长吉图产业的空间分工”，说明区域产业发展状况，介绍产业空间分工测量方法，呈现产业空间分工测量结果，分析测量结果，最后作出本章的结论。第4章“长吉图的空间功能分工”，揭示生产性服务业发展与功能分工的关系，确定功能分工的测量方法，测量结果的呈现与分析，最后是本章结论。第5章“长吉图的空间分工战略”，以空间分工战略的基础为出发点，基于制定空间分工战略的基本思路，，提出区域空间整合、产业空间分工、城镇职能空间分工3大战略举措。本文主要观点如下：（1）新经济史学方法对分工的研究表明，一定的分工形式总与时代技术与制度相适应的，并将随着技术与制度的变化而改变。（2）斯密的“市场范围决定劳动分工”和杨格“分工决定分工”论，都可以用技术、制度与分工的相互作用来解释。（3）区位指数测量表明，长、吉两市的产业发展表现为“强者更强，弱者更弱”的趋势，产业空间分工水平有所提高。（4）功能分工指数表明，长春市、吉林市和延边州参与区域功能分工程度日益增加，长春市日益承担更多的生产服务功能，吉林市日益承担更多的制造功能，延边州较平衡地发展制造业和生产服务业，但制造功能仍然强于生产服务功能。（5）按照产业空间由“零散化”向“功能板块”提升、城镇发展差异化、交通网络助推分工的思路，实施区域空间整合战略——重点推进长吉、延龙珲一体化，建设长春都市区和吉林都市区；实施重点产业区战略——建设三大重点产业区，培育八大产业基地；城镇职能分工战略——发挥长春市引领作用、科学定位区域其他主要城镇的职能。
