【摘要】：在全球经济一体化的今天，信息技术正在以迅雷不及掩耳之势快速发展，深刻而迅速地改变着人们的物质生活和精神生活，改变着经济增长的方式，为国民经济发展做出了巨大贡献。而以信息技术为支撑的信息化也取得了卓越成效，是顺应时代发展的必然趋势。县域经济是国民经济的细胞核，是富民强国的基石，县域经济发展离不开信息技术这个重要引擎。本文以信息技术为基准，探讨如何用信息技术促进县域经济发展。首先对信息技术和县域经济的概念及发展历程进行概述，描述了县域经济信息化的内涵，梳理了信息技术与县域经济的辩证统一关系；其次分析目前我国信息技术的基础设施、信息资源开发利用、社会信息化环境的现状，总结出我国目前信息化建设在资金投入、资源整合力度、信息化人才、政策保障等方面存在的问题，并对存在问题的原因进行解剖，旨在为信息技术促进县域经济发展研究提供理论指导，提出如何在信息化环境下借助信息技术促进县域经济发展的有效措施。最后以安徽省舒城县县域经济信息化发展案例为背景进行实证研究，以顶层设计理念为指导，概括舒城县信息化发展的现状，通过信息技术应用在县域各领域的构建路径分析和舒城县县域经济对信息技术的需求分析，，提出合理科学的解决措施，为舒城县未来信息化建设再上新台阶提供具有针对性和实效性的建议。
[Abstract]:In today's global economic integration, information technology is rapidly developing rapidly, profoundly and rapidly changing people's material and spiritual life, changing the way of economic growth. It has made great contribution to the development of the national economy, and the informatization supported by information technology has also achieved remarkable results, which is an inevitable trend in keeping with the development of the times. The county economy is the nucleus of the national economy and the cornerstone of enriching the people and the powerful nation. The development of county economy is inseparable from the important engine of information technology. Based on information technology, this paper discusses how to promote the development of county economy with information technology. Firstly, the concept and development course of information technology and county economy are summarized, and the connotation of information technology in county economy is described. Combing the dialectical and unified relationship between information technology and county economy; secondly, analyzing the present situation of information technology infrastructure, information resources development and utilization, social information environment, and summing up the current investment of information construction in our country. In order to provide theoretical guidance for the research of information technology to promote the development of county economy, the problems existing in resources integration, information talents, policy guarantee and so on are analyzed in order to provide theoretical guidance for the research on the causes of these problems. This paper puts forward some effective measures to promote the development of county economy with the help of information technology in the information environment. This paper summarizes the present situation of the development of information technology in Shucheng County, analyzes the construction path of the application of information technology in various fields of the county area and the demand for information technology in the county economy of Shucheng County, and puts forward some reasonable and scientific measures to solve the problem. For the future information construction of Shucheng County to a new level to provide targeted and effective advice.
