【摘要】：产业园区是新的产业发展载体,是经济发展的有力的助推器。作为国内最大的民营产业地产开发运营商,LD公司不断开拓进取,以科学方法开发和运营产业园区,面向政府和企业,不断发展创新,积极打造经济发展支持平台,助力区域经济发展。LD公司成立于1991年,从2002年开始投身产业园区的建设与运营,关注产业地产十余年,取得了显著成绩,成为民营产业地产首席开发运营商,并获得广泛关注。本文以LD公司产业园区发展战略制定为研究重点,分析和研究LD公司产业园区的发展现状和未来发展方向。同时基于战略管理相关理论,指出了研究背景、研究意义、研究思路与方法等。运用PEST和SWOT战略管理理论,对产业园区的外部环境和内部环境进行深入分析,制定符合LD公司自身特色的战略目标和战略选择,提出在品牌塑造、产品开发、招商引资、运营服务和人才培养方面进行战略管理,通过有效的战略保障措施,保证战略能够落地执行,真正构建符合LD公司特点的、可持续的发展战略。在产业升级的大的背景下,本文对产业园区发展战略研究来说具有积极意义,为产业园区在发展战略选择和战略实施等方面都提供了更全面的参考,也为国内产业园区发展战略的制定提出有指导意义的思路与方法。
[Abstract]:Industrial Park is a new carrier of industrial development and a powerful booster for economic development. Facing the government and the enterprise, continuously developing and innovating, actively creating the economic development support platform, helping the regional economic development. LD company was established in 1991. Since 2002, it has devoted itself to the construction and operation of the industrial park, paying close attention to the industrial and real estate industry for more than 10 years. Has made remarkable achievement, becomes the private industry real estate chief development operator, and obtains the widespread attention. This article takes the LD company industrial park development strategy formulation as the research emphases, Based on the theory of strategic management, the paper points out the research background, research significance, research ideas and methods, and applies PEST and SWOT strategic management theory. The external and internal environment of the industrial park are deeply analyzed, and the strategic objectives and strategic choices that conform to LD company's own characteristics are formulated, and it is proposed that brand building, product development, investment promotion, In the aspect of operation, service and personnel training, we should carry out strategic management, ensure that the strategy can be implemented on the ground, and build a sustainable development strategy in line with the characteristics of LD Company. Under the background of industrial upgrading, This paper is of positive significance to the study of the development strategy of the industrial park, and provides a more comprehensive reference for the development strategy choice and implementation of the industrial park. It also provides guiding ideas and methods for the development strategy of domestic industrial parks.
