论马克思的社会时空观与精准扶贫

【摘要】：马克思的社会时空观对于推进我国的精准扶贫具有十分重要的理论指导意义。从马克思的社会时空理论来看,空间贫困地区的症结在于其自然空间难以转化为社会空间,贫困人口的症结在于其自然/生理时间难以转化为社会时间。当前,我国要顺利推进精准扶贫战略,就必须实现"时空聚焦",着力拓展贫困地区的社会空间,着力充实贫困人口的社会时间,着力解决劳动能力缺乏者的社会时空问题。
[Abstract]:Marx's social space-time view has very important theoretical guiding significance to promote the precision poverty alleviation in our country. From Marx's social space-time theory, the crux of the space poverty area lies in its natural space is difficult to transform into the social space. The crux of the problem for the poor is that their natural / physiological time is difficult to convert into social time.At present, in order to smoothly advance the strategy of accurate poverty alleviation, China must realize the "focus of time and space" and focus on expanding the social space in poverty-stricken areas. Efforts should be made to enrich the social time of the poor and to solve the social space-time problems of those who lack the ability to work.
