河南省2017年上半年经济运行分析及全年走势展望

【摘要】：2017年上半年,河南以新发展理念引领经济发展新常态,着力发挥优势打好"四张牌",聚焦"三区一群"战略,积极推进"三去一降一补",持续开展"四大攻坚战",全省经济运行呈现稳中有进、进中向好的态势,创造出地区生产总值增长8.2%的优异成绩。但是,经济发展存在投资增长动力不足、工业回暖基础不牢、转型步伐仍需加快、房地产市场存在负面影响等问题,下半年要继续坚持稳中求进总基调,积极扩大有效投资、稳定工业增长、大力实施创新驱动战略、深入推进改革开放,继续打好"四大攻坚战",确保实现全年经济发展目标。
[Abstract]:In the first half of 2017, Henan led the economic development in the new normal with the new development concept, and focused on the strategy of "three regions and one group" by giving play to its advantages and playing "four cards". We are actively promoting "three, go, one drop, one compensation," and continue to carry out the "four major battles against difficulties." the economic operation of the whole province has shown steady progress, progress toward the middle, and a positive trend, creating an excellent result of the region's gross domestic product growth of 8.2%. However, There are some problems in economic development, such as insufficient investment growth power, weak foundation for industrial recovery, quickening the pace of transformation, negative impact on the real estate market, and so on. In the second half of the year, we should continue to adhere to the general tone of pursuing steady progress, and actively expand effective investment. We will stabilize industrial growth, vigorously implement the innovation-driven strategy, deepen reform and opening up, continue to fight the "four major battles", and ensure the realization of the economic development target for the whole year.
