中国与“一带一路”沿线国家项目对接风险及应对策略

【摘要】："一带一路"倡议是中国扩大对外开放、应对经济"新常态"下行压力的重大举措,与沿线国家开展项目对接则是"一带一路"倡议实施的起点。基于"一带一路"倡议的意义及宗旨,分析了与中国与"一带一路"沿线国家进行项目对接所面临的主要风险,包括政治风险、经济风险及其他风险,并据此提出要以政府顶层设计、宏观对接为主应对政治风险,以企业微观对接、跨国经营为主应对经济风险,同时结合政府职能及企业市场化经营来形成国家竞争力,以有效规避其他风险。
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" initiative is a major measure for China to open wider to the outside world and cope with the downward pressure of the "new normal" of the economy. The project docking with the countries along the route is the starting point for the implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative. Based on the significance and purpose of the "Belt and Road" initiative, this paper analyzes the main risks faced by the project docking with China and the countries along the road along the "Belt and Road" line. Including political risks, economic risks and other risks, and accordingly it is proposed that the top level design of the government should be used to deal with political risks, the macro docking should be the main response to political risks, the micro docking of enterprises and transnational operations should be the main ones to deal with economic risks. At the same time, combining the government function and enterprise market management to form the national competitiveness, in order to effectively avoid other risks.
