青藏高原及其边缘生态治理问题研究

【摘要】:青藏高原及其边缘区特殊的地理位置、地形地质特点、气候状况等因素决定了青藏高原及其边缘区生态环境脆弱性极强,加之草场过牧、毁林开荒、围垦湿地、大力发展重工业、超载发展旅游业等粗放式的经济发展方式更加剧了青藏高原及其边缘区生态环境的脆弱程度,青藏高原及其边缘区生态问题突出。面对日益劣变的生态环境,青藏高原及其边缘区生态治理问题迫在眉睫。因此,探索科学、有效的青藏高原及其边缘区生态环境治理路径,恢复其生态效应,具有非常重要的现实意义。 本文构建了青藏高原及其边缘区生态环境脆弱性评价指标体系,从静态角度剖析了导致青藏高原及其边缘区生态环境脆弱的原因及青藏高原及其边缘区内6省的生态环境脆弱程度,从动态角度客观证明了青藏高原及其边缘区生态环境脆弱性逐步加深的趋势,科学分析了青藏高原及其边缘区生态经济困境交织现状。综合考量,提出以低碳化战略修复青藏高原及其边缘区生态环境,,通过增加碳汇、提高能效、提升效益、优化产业结构等方式修复当地生态环境。最后,通过对低碳化修复青藏高原及其边缘区生态环境效果预测得出青藏高原及其边缘区生态修复能够实现当地经济、社会、生态三方面互助式提升,最终扩大青藏高原及其边缘区辐射范围。
[Abstract]:The special geographical location, topographic and geological characteristics and climatic conditions of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau and its marginal areas determine that the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau and its marginal areas are extremely vulnerable to ecological environment. In addition, the grassland is overgrazing, forests are being destroyed, and wetlands are being reclaimed. Extensive modes of economic development, such as vigorously developing heavy industry and overloading tourism, have exacerbated the fragility of the ecological environment of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its marginal areas, and the ecological problems of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its marginal areas are prominent. In the face of the increasingly deteriorating ecological environment, Therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore the scientific and effective path of ecological environment management in the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau and its marginal areas and to restore its ecological effects. In this paper, the evaluation index system of ecological environment vulnerability of Qinghai-Xizang Plateau and its marginal area is constructed. From the static point of view, the causes of the fragility of the ecological environment in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its marginal areas and the degree of the fragile ecological environment of the six provinces in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its marginal region are analyzed. From the dynamic point of view, it proves objectively the tendency of the ecological environment fragility of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau and its marginal areas to deepen gradually, and scientifically analyzes the current situation of the ecological and economic dilemma intertwined in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its marginal areas. A low carbonization strategy is proposed to restore the ecological environment of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its marginal areas by increasing carbon sinks, improving energy efficiency, improving efficiency, optimizing the industrial structure, and so on. Finally, Based on the prediction of ecological environment effect of low carbonization restoration of Qinghai-Xizang Plateau and its edge area, it is concluded that ecological restoration of Qinghai-Xizang Plateau and its edge area can achieve mutual help in three aspects of local economy, society and ecology. Finally, the radiation range of Qinghai-Xizang Plateau and its marginal area is enlarged.
