【摘要】：经济社会越发展,预期的作用和影响越大。加强预期管理,要引导好国际社会的预期、市场主体的预期、社会公众的预期。必须把加强预期管理摆在更加重要的位置,进一步提高认识,加强专题研究,完善决策参与机制,正确引导国际社会认知,积极稳妥开展舆论引导。
