河北省城镇居民消费结构优化研究

【摘要】：消费结构是一个多层次、多角度规定的经济范畴，居民消费结构是微观消费结构中最重要的组成部分，也是宏观消费结构的基础，是经济结构的一个重要方面。居民消费结构由居民的自主消费活动所决定，但居民消费不仅是私人的、微观的活动，还是社会再生产中的一个重要环节，是宏观经济的一个方面。因此，消费结构是否处于良性运作状态，必然会影响产业结构的优化升级。同时，消费结构会影响积累和消费的比例关系，进而影响国民经济的持续稳定发展。本文以河北省为例，分析了城镇居民消费结构的特征及变动情况。为了较全面的分析居民消费结构和生活水平的变化，采用了动态静态分析相结合、横向纵向分析相结合的方法。首先选取2000-2011年的消费数据对河北省城镇居民消费水平和消费结构进行数量分析，并对恩格尔系数的变化进行阶段性分析、消费结构变动度等指标进行比较。其次，运用ELES模型对数据进一步回归分析。从基本消费支出、边际消费倾向、收入弹性、价格弹性等分析消费结构的特征。综合以上数据分析，本文进一步阐述了河北省城镇居民消费结构的特征。居民消费水平明显提高，由原来的以食品、衣着为主逐步向交通通讯、文教娱乐等享受型消费资料为主过渡。同时，通过比较分析河北省城镇居民消费结构存在的主要问题，如恩格尔系数相对较高，居民消费领域狭窄等问题。针对这些问题分析对其影响的经济因素和非经济因素，包括收入、消费环境、社会和家庭等。最后，结合“十二五”规划中对扩大内需的要求，，对河北省城镇居民消费结构的优化提出了对策，发挥消费对经济的基础性拉动作用，最终促成消费需求与经济增长之间的良性循环，实现社会的全面进步。
[Abstract]:The consumption structure is a multi-level and multi-angle economic category. The consumption structure of the residents is the most important part of the micro-consumption structure and the basis of the macro-consumption structure. It is an important aspect of the economic structure. The consumption structure of the residents is determined by the independent consumption activities of the residents. However, the consumption of the residents is not only a private, microscopic activity, but also an important link in social reproduction. Therefore, whether the consumption structure is in a benign state of operation will inevitably affect the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure. At the same time, the consumption structure will affect the relationship between accumulation and consumption. And then affect the sustained and stable development of the national economy. Taking Hebei Province as an example, this paper analyzes the characteristics and changes of the consumption structure of urban residents. In order to analyze the changes of consumption structure and living standard of residents in a more comprehensive way, the dynamic and static analysis is adopted. Firstly, the consumption data from 2000 to 2011 are selected to analyze the consumption level and consumption structure of urban residents in Hebei Province, and the change of Engel's coefficient is analyzed periodically. Secondly, ELES model is used to analyze the characteristics of consumption structure from basic consumption expenditure, marginal consumption tendency, income elasticity, price elasticity and so on. Synthesizing the above data analysis, this paper further expounds the characteristics of the consumption structure of the urban residents in Hebei Province. The consumption level of the residents has improved significantly, from the original food and clothing as the main gradually to communications, At the same time, through the comparative analysis of the main problems existing in the consumption structure of urban residents in Hebei Province, such as relatively high Engel coefficient, In view of these problems, the economic and non-economic factors affecting them, including income, consumption environment, society and family, are analyzed. Finally, in the light of the requirements of the 12th Five-Year Plan for expanding domestic demand, This paper puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the consumption structure of urban residents in Hebei province, exerts the basic pulling effect of consumption on the economy, and finally promotes the virtuous circle between consumption demand and economic growth, and realizes the overall progress of the society.
