中国社会保障支出缩小了城乡收入差距吗——基于规模与结构的动态面板模型分析

【摘要】：基于中国社会保障支出规模与结构视角,引用31个省份1997—2014年相关数据,构建动态面板模型,采用系统GMM估计方法分析社会保障支出规模和结构对城乡收入差距的影响。研究发现,考察期内城乡收入差距在逐渐变小,并且存在路径依赖性,东中西部地区城乡收入差距依次递增。中国社会保障支出缩小了城乡收入差距,在非线性条件下社会保障支出与城乡收入差距呈现"U"型变动关系。东部和中部地区社会保障支出对城乡收入差距具有抑制作用。从社会保障支出结构来看,社会保险支出缩小了城乡收入差距,而社会优抚支出扩大了城乡收入差距,其他项目支出对城乡收入差距的影响不明显。控制变量中城镇化率是影响城乡收入差距的重要因素,具有显著的抑制作用。
[Abstract]:China social security expenditure scale and structure perspective based on the reference of 31 provinces from 1997 to 2014, the relevant data, build dynamic panel model, using the system GMM method to analyze the effect of social security expenditure scale and structure on the income gap between urban and rural areas is estimated. It is found that the inner city rural income gap is gradually become smaller, and there is path dependence. The urban-rural income gap between the eastern and western regions increased. Chinese social security expenditure reduced the income gap between urban and rural areas, showing "U" type under the condition of nonlinear social security expenditure and income gap between urban and rural social security. In the eastern and central regions of expenditure has an inhibitory effect on the income gap between urban and rural areas. From the social security expenditure, social security expenditure reduction the income gap between urban and rural areas, and social expenditures to expand the income gap between urban and rural areas, affecting other project expenditure on income gap between urban and rural areas It is not obvious that the urbanization rate in the control variables is an important factor affecting the income gap between urban and rural areas, and has a significant inhibitory effect.
