制度距离、技术差距和政治风险——中国对发达国家逆向投资的影响因素分析

【摘要】：本文基于2003—2014年中国对广义的24个发达国家OFDI数据,研究了中国与东道国的制度距离、技术差距和东道国政治风险对中国逆向投资的综合影响,结果表明:从总体上看,制度距离和东道国政治风险对中国逆向投资的影响不显著,而技术差距会显著地抑制中国的逆向投资。进一步的检验结果表明:制度距离、技术差距和政治风险在2008年之前对中国的OFDI没有影响;而2008年之后制度距离对中国的OFDI产生显著影响,技术差距则产生一定程度的负向影响,政治风险在两阶段中的影响都不显著;制度距离对中国在欧洲和大洋洲的OFDI具有显著影响;技术差距对欧洲有正向影响,而在北美洲则具有显著的负向影响;政治风险对中国对欧洲OFDI的影响显著,对北美洲和大洋洲则没有影响。这一结论对于促进中国的逆向投资具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Based on the OFDI data of 24 developed countries from 2003 to 2014, this paper studies the influence of the institutional distance between China and the host country, the technology gap and the political risk of the host country on the reverse investment in China. The influence of institutional distance and host country political risk on China's reverse investment is not significant, while the technological gap will significantly inhibit China's reverse investment. Further test results show that: institutional distance, The technological gap and political risk had no effect on China's OFDI before 2008, but after 2008, the institutional distance had a significant impact on China's OFDI, while the technological gap had a certain degree of negative impact. The influence of political risk in the two stages is not significant; the institutional distance has a significant influence on China's OFDI in Europe and Oceania; the technology gap has a positive impact on Europe, while in North America, it has a significant negative impact. The influence of political risk on European OFDI is significant, but not on North America and Oceania. This conclusion has important practical significance to promote China's reverse investment.
