让创新真正驱动经济发展

【摘要】：文章首先厘清创新的基本概念,指出创新是提出并实现一种新的想法并取得成效的活动,属于经济范畴,必须要有收益;接着分析了研究科技创新一定要区分科学、技术与工程三者的概念之原因,以新产品为例提出技术创新链中两次飞跃的概念,阐述创新发生的机理,指出经济活动中创新为何经常会失败的原因;进而解释了我国长期存在的技术和经济"两张皮"成因及产生的问题以及建设制造强国过程中创新驱动的重要性,最后提出让创新真正驱动经济发展的建议。
[Abstract]:This paper first clarifies the basic concept of innovation, and points out that innovation is an activity that puts forward and realizes a new idea and achieves results, which belongs to the economic category and must have benefits, and then analyzes that scientific and technological innovation must be distinguished from science. The reason of the concept of technology and engineering, taking the new product as an example, puts forward the concept of two leaps in the technological innovation chain, expounds the mechanism of innovation, and points out the reason why innovation often fails in economic activities. Then it explains the causes and problems of "two skins" of technology and economy in China for a long time and the importance of innovation-driven in the process of building a powerful manufacturing country. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to let innovation really drive the development of economy.
