供给侧管理与结构性改革的特殊及现实意义——关于金融结构性改革增加融资有效供给的思考

【摘要】：供给侧结构性改革作为经济"三期叠加"到"新常态"延伸和延续,是当前中国全面深化改革的主要内容。当前经济发展面临五大结构性转换矛盾、四滑一升五大结构性风险和五大结构性制度矛盾,当前推进供给侧结构性改革显得更为重要和紧迫。加快推进金融改革结构性立法、国家金融监管部门和金融机构加大对供给侧结构性改革金融供给、地方政府加快推进地方金融深化改革和县域三级金融改革创新服务便利化,是金融供给侧结构性改革的重点内容,同时也是供给侧结构性改革的主要着力点。
[Abstract]:The supply-side structural reform, as the extension and continuation of the "three phases superposition" to the "new normal" of the economy, is the main content of the comprehensive deepening reform in China. At present, the economic development is faced with five major structural transformation contradictions. Four slips, one litre, five major structural risks and five major structural institutional contradictions. At present, it is even more important and urgent to promote supply-side structural reform. Speed up the implementation of structural legislation on financial reform. State financial supervision departments and financial institutions have stepped up supply-side structural reform of financial supply, and local governments have accelerated the process of deepening the reform of local finance and the facilitation of innovative services at the county level. Financial supply-side structural reform is the key content, but also the main point of the supply-side structural reform.
