[Abstract]:It is a complex system engineering that is narrowing the current income gap in China and gradually forming an olive pattern of distribution. One of the important links is to effectively curb the adverse effects of trade liberalization on income distribution. This requires the Chinese government to adopt more active policies in at least the following areas: first, focusing on promoting employment and promoting the transfer of labour-intensive industries to the central and western regions. In order to promote the upgrading of industrial structure in the developed areas of eastern China, the expansion of total employment is still the current way to break down the dual economic structure and improve the low income.
