FDI对浙江省经济增长贡献的研究

【摘要】：浙江省的地理位置独特，处于长江三角洲南部腹地，得天独厚的区位优势在吸引FDI方面发挥了强大效用。作为中国东部地区起步较早的经济大省，浙江省经济增长与FDI之间的关系极具代表性和研究价值。基于此，，本文首先将理论分析框架建构在FDI理论及经济增长理论的基础上，继而以统计数据为参照，从整体上分析FDI与浙江省经济增长的相关性，并在其后的实证检验中采用因果关系检验以及协整检验的方法进行具体验证。根据检验结果可以得出如下结论：FDI与浙江省经济增长之间具有密切关联，存在经济学上的正相关关系、单向因果关系以及长期相对稳定的均衡关系。这一结论直接表明了连年增多的FDI在促进浙江省经济增长方面的重要贡献。本文进一步利用面板数据模型，探讨了浙江省1O个行业和11个市FDI对经济增长的贡献，得出制造业、批发和零售业、信息传输、计算机服务和软件业、科学研究、技术服务和地质勘查业、租赁和商务服务业5个行业的FDI将对浙江省经济增长产生显著影响。从区域层面来看，杭州、宁波、嘉兴、湖州、绍兴五个市的FDI对经济增长的贡献相对较多，其中尤以杭州最为显著，而台州、金华、衢州、丽水地区的资本效应则不明显。基于省际、行业和区域视角的实证分析结果，本文最后提出如下对策建议：注重FDI的引进和利用；改善FDI环境；调整产业和区域布局；培养本地企业的国际竞争力。
[Abstract]:Zhejiang Province is located in the southern hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta, and its unique geographical advantage has played a powerful role in attracting FDI.As an early economic province in eastern China, the relationship between economic growth and FDI in Zhejiang Province is of great representativeness and research value.Based on this, this paper first constructs the theoretical analysis framework on the basis of FDI theory and economic growth theory, and then, with the reference of statistical data, analyzes the correlation between FDI and economic growth in Zhejiang Province as a whole.Then the causality test and cointegration test are used to verify the results.According to the test results, the following conclusions can be drawn: there is a close relationship between the economic growth of Zhejiang Province and the economic growth of Zhejiang Province, and there is a positive correlation in economics, a one-way causal relationship and a relatively stable equilibrium relationship in the long run.This conclusion directly indicates the important contribution of increasing FDI in Zhejiang province.By using panel data model, this paper discusses the contribution of FDI to economic growth in 10 industries and 11 cities in Zhejiang Province, and concludes that manufacturing industry, wholesale and retail trade, information transmission, computer service and software industry, scientific research, etc.The FDI of technical services and geological prospecting, leasing and business services will have a significant impact on the economic growth of Zhejiang Province.From the regional level, the contribution of FDI in Hangzhou, Ningbo, Jiaxing, Huzhou and Shaoxing to economic growth is relatively large, especially in Hangzhou, but the capital effect in Taizhou, Jinhua, Quzhou and Lishui is not obvious.Based on the empirical results of provincial, industrial and regional perspectives, this paper finally puts forward the following suggestions: pay attention to the introduction and utilization of FDI; improve the FDI environment; adjust the industrial and regional layout; and foster the international competitiveness of local enterprises.
