中国地缘经济时空格局演变及其战略研究

【摘要】：20世纪90年代以来，世界经济的两大特征是经济全球化和区域经济一体化。任何一个国家的发展都不可能独立于世界之外，世界各国经济趋向更加开放。与此同时，世界各国按“地缘经济关系”逐步与周边国家建立和加强了区域性经济联系，区域经济一体化呈现出了强劲的发展势头。而我国作为世界瞩目的第二经济大国，周边的地缘政治经济形势十分复杂，伴随着经济崛起，我国与主要周边国家的经济贸易联系日趋紧密，显著拓展了地缘经济空间，也因此而不可避免的面临各种地缘政治经济冲突。在这样的时代背景之下，本文着力于正确把握中国在全球的地缘经济格局，探究中国地缘经济在空间上的特点和规律，继而探讨中国地缘经济格局类型的形成机制，并在此基础之上，为制定中国地缘经济发展战略提供依据。首先，本文介绍了研究的背景意义和内容框架，从整体上对文章做了概括性论述。介绍了国内外关于地缘经济研究的现状，对地缘经济的概念和相关支撑理论做出阐释。其次，分析了现代中国地缘经济格局随着时间呈现出贸易额迅速扩大、对外联系程度日益加深；由封闭、半封闭到全面开放；地缘经济格局联系稳定的三大演变特点。进而从全球、亚洲和周边三个层次对当前中国地缘经济格局空间分异特征进行了探究。在全球层次上，中国经济“大”而不“强”，货物贸易呈现点轴格局、投资呈现出极核式发散格局。在亚洲层次上，中国整体呈现以太平洋沿岸为轴线的点轴格局，并具体以“块”入手分别分析了东亚日韩双核心的地缘格局、东南亚多极点均衡的地缘格局、南亚印度一家独大的地缘格局、中亚联系相对松散的地缘格局。在周边层次上，中国是大中华经济圈的腹地和联系纽带，港澳台地区是中国内地最重要的贸易伙伴，是内地最重要的外资来源地和海外投资目的地。再次，对中国地缘经济时空格局演变机制分析。第一是地缘经济因素，通过计算中国与各国的贸易互补性和全球价值链模拟理论上的中国地缘经济格局与实际十分相似，得出中国与各国的地缘经济关系是地缘经济格局形成的内在动力。第二是地缘位置因素，地缘位置整体上对地缘格局呈圈层状影响，具体的则通过经纬度位置、海陆位置和经济地理位置对地缘格局产生影响。第三是地缘政治因素，即中国与各国的政治关系是中国地缘经济格局形成的晴雨表。第四是地缘文化因素，即共同的文化价值取向是中国地缘经济格局形成的重要影响因素。最后，通过全文的研究分析，对中国地缘经济格局战略做出思考并探讨中国地缘经济格局发展态势。在地缘战略上，我国应立足大国战略，拓展全球地缘空间，整合亚洲经济空间并推进“大中华经济圈”早日实现。同时探讨中国的对外投资和多边贸易战略以及实现中国地缘经济格局战略的政策建议。在未来，，中国将赢得更广阔的地缘经济空间，成为世界事务和周边事务的主要参与者，同时也面临更多挑战。本文的创新点主要是中国地缘经济格局演变过程和当下全球各尺度中国地缘经济格局梳理，全方位多角度把握“空间”或“地缘”因素对中国经济发展的作用以及在“地缘”的作用下中国经济的发展轨迹。进而总结中国地缘经济格局类型，探索地缘经济格局形成的机制，为中国地缘经济战略的制定提供依据。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s , the two characteristics of the world economy are economic globalization and regional economic integration . The development of any country cannot be independent of the world , and the economic trend of all countries in the world is more open . At the same time , as the world ' s world ' s second - largest economy country , the political and economic situation of the regional economy is very complicated .

In the future , China will win the wider geo - economic space , become the major player of world affairs and peripheral affairs , and face more challenges .

The innovation point of this paper is mainly about the evolution of China ' s geo - economic pattern and the analysis of China ' s geo - economic pattern in the present global scale . The role of " space " or " geo - edge " factor on China ' s economic development and the development track of China ' s economy under the influence of " geo - edge " are discussed in this paper .
