开放式创新背景下推动创新商业化的国际经验借鉴

【摘要】：近年来,我国创新成果不断涌现,但能成功实现商业化的数量却非常少。在全球提倡开放性创新理念的背景下,创新商业化的关键不仅在于企业自身的努力,还需要高校和政府两大主体的良好推动。通过多年实践,国外在创新主体和创新方式方面已形成较为成熟的创新商业化推动经验。可借鉴国际经验,由高校通过创新成果转化办公室和概念认证中心支持创新商业化第一阶段,完善高校创新商业化活动和高校知识产权相关政策,并根据创新的不同阶段,对创新研究者进行相应的资金支持;由政府通过创新中心支持创新商业化第二阶段,明确创新中心的研究定位,鼓励创新中心多渠道获得资金,保证创新中心运作的自主性与强化创新中心监督并重,并帮助创新中心建立创新联盟。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Chinese innovation has been emerging, but the number of successful commercialization is very small.Under the background of advocating the idea of open innovation in the world, the key to commercialization of innovation lies not only in the efforts of the enterprises themselves, but also in the good promotion of the two main bodies of universities and governments.Through many years of practice, foreign countries have formed more mature experience of commercializing innovation in innovation subject and mode.We can learn from the international experience and support the first stage of innovation commercialization by the office of transformation of innovation achievements and the concept certification center, and improve the activities of innovation commercialization and the policies related to intellectual property rights in colleges and universities, and according to the different stages of innovation,The government supports the second stage of innovation commercialization through the innovation center, defines the research position of the innovation center, and encourages the innovation center to obtain the funds from many channels.To ensure the autonomy of the operation of innovation center and strengthen the supervision of innovation center, and help the innovation center to establish innovation alliance.
