【摘要】：中国与文莱互为友好邻邦,自唐代以来一直保持着良好的经贸往来关系。冷战结束后,两国贸易总额大幅提升,双方互有进出口,且中方出口总额和商品种类都在不断增加。到了 21世纪,两国经贸关系不断向前发展,双边经贸总额总体上呈增长态势。当前中国与文莱经济发展都面临着严峻的形势。中国环境污染日益严重、资源日趋枯竭、工业产能过剩,经济发展方式难以适应生产力发展的要求,经济结构急需调整。文莱经济发展几乎完全依靠油气出口,政府越来越重视通过加强国际合作,引进外资和先进技术,促进国内经济向多元化方向发展。中国与文莱在经济结构上具有极大的互补性,中国工业技术先进、资金充裕、人才力量雄厚、市场广阔。文莱油气资源丰富,且政府着重扶持的几大产业发展前景广阔。双方在油气产业、农业、渔业、清真产业、旅游业等方面都有着巨大的合作空间。再加上两国政府对提高双方经贸合作水平的高度认同,加强两国经贸合作具有极大的可行性。但是,当前两国经贸关系发展过程中面临着许多问题和挑战,本文通过分析中国与文莱经贸合作现状、特点及存在的问题,得出了促进两国经贸关系发展的对策和建议,这对进一步提高双方经贸合作水平具有十分重要的意义。本文研究内容分为四部分,各部分内容如下:第一部分:通过对文莱区域位置及国民经济概况、文莱对外贸易发展情况、中国与文莱从古至今经贸关系发展历程三方面的介绍与分析,得出中国与文莱经贸关系发展所具备的基础与条件。第二部分:首先介绍了中国与文莱经贸合作发展现状,并对这一现状产生的原因进行了分析,其次,对中文两国经贸合作特点进行阐述,最后,分析了两国经贸合作中面临的诸多问题。第三部分:分析了影响未来中文经贸关系发展的主要因素,即中国与东盟关系走势、中国与文莱在南海问题上的分歧与合作、两国关系中的他国影响因素以及两国各自的对外经济发展战略。第四部分:通过上文的分析与论述,为促进中国与文莱经贸关系发展提出了建议,包括发挥互补优势,加强在各领域合作力度;分析合作中的具体问题,制定针对性的解决方案;最后为两国经贸合作能够更好的发展,提供了几个可供选择的发展战略。当前中国和文莱经贸关系正总体向前发展,但仍存在着一些需要改进的方面,通过对两国经贸合作现状与存在问题等方面的研究,为两国经贸关系发展建言献策,不仅有利于促进两国经济发展,更有利于双方在东南亚地区经济发展与转型的过程中,找准自身定位,明确发展目标与方向,为两国与东南亚地区的繁荣发展作出努力。

The current Chinese and Brunei economic development are facing a severe situation. Chinese environmental pollution is becoming increasingly serious, the increasing depletion of resources, industrial overcapacity, economic development is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the development of productivity, economic structure needs adjustment. Brunei economic development depends almost entirely on oil and gas exports, the government pays more and more attention by strengthening international cooperation and the introduction of foreign capital and advanced technology, promote the development of the domestic economy to the direction of diversification. China and Brunei have great complementary in economic structure, in In the advanced technology, abundant capital, talent is strong, broad market. Brunei abundant oil and gas resources, several industry development prospects and the government focused on supporting the broad. The two sides in the oil and gas industry, agriculture, fishery, halal industry, tourism and other areas have a huge space for cooperation between the two governments on the plus. To improve the recognition level of bilateral economic and trade cooperation, strengthen bilateral economic and trade cooperation has great feasibility. However, the current development of bilateral economic and trade relations in the process of facing many problems and challenges, this paper through the analysis of China and Brunei Economic and trade cooperation status, characteristics and problems, the promotion of bilateral economic and trade relations with the countermeasures and suggestions. Is of great significance to further enhance the level of bilateral economic and trade cooperation. The content of this paper is divided into four parts, each part is as follows: the first part: Based on the regional location and Brunei The national economic situation, the development of foreign trade in Brunei, Brunei and Chinese since ancient times the introduction and analysis of development of economic and trade relations in three aspects, that with the development of economic and trade relations with Brunei China the basis and conditions.
