中美消费者绿色消费的比较研究

【摘要】:随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对生活的质量及环境要求也越来越高,导致了人们对饮食的需求趋于纯天然、纯绿色。而全球气候的不断变暖,生态环境的人为破坏等问题在很大程度上却是由人们自身的不良行为所致,尤其是由人们不良的消费行为所致。“绿色食品”源于西方国家的“绿色运动”给人类带来了新的消费观念,其兴起给人们的消费方式带来了改观。可以说绿色消费已经成为目前世界各国追求的消费方式,成为很多国家和地区的人们所追求的一种时尚。 绿色消费最早源于西方国家,如今在西方国家尤其是一些发达国家,如美国,绿色消费发展较为显著,随着绿色消费观念的引入,绿色消费在中国也取得了可喜的成绩。但是因为在中国起步较晚,,很多地方的人们对绿色消费的概念理解的不全面,导致中国很多地方的绿色消费观念比较薄弱,消费比较盲目。虽然中国如今很重视环保产业的发展,但是与西方发达国家相比还存在着很多问题。美国是一个较为重视环保产业发展的国家,更多的是重视绿色消费,美国在发展绿色产品的生产上阻碍较少,他们愿意花高价钱去发展和生产绿色产品,更愿意花高价钱去购买绿色产品,这点也是影响中国绿色消费发展的重要原因。 本文在总结和借鉴前人对绿色消费研究成果的基础上,立足于上述深刻的社会历史背景与前提认识,以可持续发展理论、生态经济学理论支撑,在借鉴国内外绿色消费理论与实践的基础上,综合运用了多种研究方法,结合中美绿色消费现状及形成的原因,首先对论文中涉及的概念如绿色消费、绿色消费的特征及必然性等进行阐述,进而重点分析当前中美绿色消费的现状及中国与美国的绿色消费的差距;然后,针对中美消费者就绿色消费的调查研究数据进行深入分析,用定量的方法具体分析中美消费方面存在的差距,以及中国消费者环保意识落后于美国消费者的原因;最后,针对中国消费者与美国消费者存在的消费意识差距,从消费者、企业、政府、民间团体等角度对绿色消费的发展问题进行了全面、系统的研究,提出相应的解决措施与建议。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standards , the quality of life and environmental requirements are becoming more and more high , which leads to people ' s demand for diet to be pure natural and pure green . The global warming and man - made destruction of ecological environment are caused by bad behavior , especially caused by bad consumer behavior . Green food is originated from the " green movement " of western countries , which brings about a new concept of consumption . It can be said that green consumption has become the consumption mode of the world ' s world , and has become a fashion for people in many countries and regions .

Green consumption first originated from western countries , and now in western countries , especially in some developed countries , such as the United States , green consumption development is more remarkable . With the introduction of green consumption concept , green consumption has also made gratifying achievements in China . However , many places in China have a lot of problems compared with western developed countries . Although China has paid much attention to green consumption , it is willing to pay high price to develop and produce green products . It is also an important reason to influence China ' s green consumption development .

On the basis of summarizing and using the former ' s research achievements on green consumption , based on the above - mentioned deep social historical background and prerequisite understanding , based on the theory of sustainable development and ecological economics theory , the paper expounds the concepts such as green consumption and green consumption , and analyzes the current situation of green consumption in China and the green consumption gap between China and the United States .
Then , according to the investigation and research data of green consumption by the Chinese and American consumers , the gap between China and the US consumption is analyzed by quantitative method , and the reason of China ' s consumer environmental awareness lag behind American consumers .
Finally , aiming at the gap of consumption consciousness between Chinese consumers and American consumers , a comprehensive and systematic study on the development of green consumption is carried out from angles such as consumers , enterprises , governments and civil society , and corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward .
