文化产业集聚对绿色经济效率的影响——基于动态面板模型的实证分析

【摘要】：转变经济增长方式是当前发展绿色经济的重要途径,而文化产业是典型的绿色经济,它在增加就业、促进经济结构转型方面越来越彰显绿色经济的独特优势,正成为实现经济可持续发展的重要突破口。本文采用2000-2013年中国30个省市自治区的面板数据,运用系统广义矩(SGMM)方法,实证检验文化产业集聚对绿色经济效率影响的动态非线性关系。研究发现,在加入能源强度、经济发展水平、对外开放水平和城市化水平等控制变量后,文化产业集聚对绿色经济效率产生了更显著的先抑制后促进的非线性关系,两者之间呈现出一种"U"型曲线关系,目前文化产业集聚抑制了绿色经济效率的提高。显然,需要更全面考虑其他因素来协同推进文化产业集聚提高绿色经济效率,当前更应该着力促进二者发展升级来实现共赢。
[Abstract]:Changing the mode of economic growth is an important way to develop green economy at present, and cultural industry is a typical green economy. It has more and more advantages in increasing employment and promoting economic structural transformation.It is becoming an important breakthrough to realize the sustainable development of economy.In this paper, the panel data of 30 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China from 2000 to 2013 are used to test the dynamic nonlinear relationship between cultural industry agglomeration and the efficiency of green economy.It is found that after adding the control variables such as energy intensity, economic development level, opening up level and urbanization level, cultural industry agglomeration has a more significant nonlinear relationship to green economy efficiency, which is restrained first and then promoted.There is a "U" curve relationship between the two. At present, cultural industry agglomeration inhibits the improvement of green economy efficiency.Obviously, we need to consider other factors more comprehensively to promote cultural industry agglomeration to improve the efficiency of green economy. At present, we should focus on promoting the development and upgrading of both to achieve win-win.
