基于碳足迹评估的工业园区低碳发展模式的研究与实证

【摘要】:工业革命以来,全球温室气体(Greenhouse Gases, GHG)的排放量日渐增多,使得全球气温升高,从而引起了海平面上升、自然灾害频发、气候异常等,对人们的生命财产安全带来了严重的威胁。碳足迹评估、GHG减排和低碳经济发展的相关研究已成为当前全世界的研究热点领域。中国碳减排的潜力主要在工业,如何降低工业领域的GHG排放强度,是中国履行GHG减排承诺、实现GHG减排目标和社会经济可持续发展的重要课题。而园区化发展是中国工业发展的主要趋势,工业园区是实现减排目标的重要单元和实施主体,因此,构建基于工业园区特点的碳足迹核算方法,促进园区低碳发展,显得尤为重要。 本论文采用文献查阅、资料收集、实地调查及理论分析等方法,基于与国内外相关概念和研究成果的对比分析,探讨了低碳经济、碳足迹、工业园区的内涵和研究进展,在借鉴现有碳足迹评估方法和工业园区基本统计数据与本地化的排放系数的基础上,构建工业园区的碳足迹评估方法体系。以福建荔城经济开发区为案例研究对象,开展碳足迹评估,解析园区碳足迹类型和分布,并根据评估结果,研究探讨园区的低碳发展途径。 碳足迹量化评估结果显示,福建荔城经济开发区的碳足迹(碳源)总量约为46.56万吨。其中工业碳足迹约为40.10万吨,居民生活碳足迹约为5.55万吨,交通碳足迹约为0.91万吨,同时园区绿地作为园区碳汇,吸收约11.37万吨C02。在工业碳足迹中,直接能源燃烧碳足迹为2.44万吨,上游碳足迹为36.40万吨,下游碳足迹为1.26万吨。从园区工业行业类别出发,皮革、毛皮、羽毛(绒)及其制品和制鞋业碳足迹、化学原料和化学制品制造业碳足迹是园区工业碳足迹的最大的两个部门。在园区碳足迹评估结果的基础上,尝试构建了园区低碳发展的指导性指标体系,研究分析园区低碳发展模式及目标可达性。
[Abstract]:Since the Industrial Revolution, the global greenhouse gas emissions of greenhouse gases (GHGs) have been increasing day by day, which makes the global temperature rise, which causes the rise of sea level, frequent natural disasters, abnormal climate and so on, which brings a serious threat to the safety of people's lives and property.Carbon footprint assessment GHG emission reduction and low-carbon economic development have become a hot research area all over the world.The potential of carbon emission reduction in China mainly lies in industry. How to reduce the GHG emission intensity in industrial field is an important task for China to fulfill the GHG emission reduction commitment and to achieve the GHG emission reduction target and the sustainable development of social economy.The development of industrial park is the main trend of China's industrial development. Industrial park is an important unit and main body to achieve the emission reduction target. Therefore, a method of carbon footprint accounting based on the characteristics of industrial park is constructed to promote the low-carbon development of the park.It is especially important.This paper uses the methods of literature review, data collection, field investigation and theoretical analysis, based on the comparative analysis of relative concepts and research results at home and abroad, discusses the connotation and research progress of low carbon economy, carbon footprint, industrial park, and so on.Based on the existing carbon footprint assessment methods, the basic statistical data of industrial parks and the localized emission coefficient, the carbon footprint assessment method system of industrial parks is constructed.Taking Licheng Economic Development Zone of Fujian Province as the case study object, the carbon footprint assessment is carried out, and the types and distribution of carbon footprint of the park are analyzed. Based on the evaluation results, the low carbon development path of the park is studied.The results of carbon footprint quantitative evaluation show that the total carbon footprint (carbon source) of Licheng Economic Development Zone is about 465600 tons.The industrial carbon footprint is about 401000 tons, the residential carbon footprint is about 55500 tons, and the traffic carbon footprint is about 9100 tons. Meanwhile, the green space of the park, as a carbon sink of the park, absorbs about 113700 tons of C02.In industrial carbon footprint, direct energy combustion carbon footprint is 24400 tons, upstream carbon footprint is 364000 tons, downstream carbon footprint is 12600 tons.According to the industrial category of the park, the carbon footprint of leather, fur, feather (velvet) and footwear industry, chemical raw material and chemical products manufacturing industry are the two largest sectors of the industrial carbon footprint of the park.Based on the results of the carbon footprint assessment of the park, this paper attempts to construct a guiding index system for the low-carbon development of the park, and studies and analyzes the low-carbon development model and the accessibility of the goal of the park.
