人工智能时代的世界主义与中国

【摘要】:世界主义的核心是人的自由流动与公平正义。西方自由世界主义是一种以清晰的宗教文化为边界的世界主义。作为新一轮的技术革命,人工智能对世界主义具有积极的推动作用。然而,在西方基督教思想的影响下,人工智能又为世界主义的实现带来了全球性整合终结以及大公司垄断的风险。人工智能观念具有悲观的宿命论,因此,西方学者往往将人工智能的颠覆性影响视为末世论的另一种表现。从中国传统出发,我们应当倡导开放的世界主义,其中包含逐级推进、多力共存、相互合作、自力更生等要素。中国学者需要对中国的传统文化进行现代性的转化,将中华民族的文化财富带进人工智能时代,为人类的全球治理开辟新的可能。
[Abstract]:The core of cosmopolitanism is the free flow and justice of human beings. The western liberal cosmopolitanism is a cosmopolitanism with a clear religious culture. As a new round of technological revolution, artificial intelligence has a positive effect on cosmopolitanism. However, under the influence of Western Christian thought, artificial intelligence is the world owner. The realization of righteousness brings the risk of the end of global integration and the monopoly of large companies. The idea of artificial intelligence has a pessimistic fatalism, so the western scholars often regard the subversive influence of artificial intelligence as another manifestation of the last theory. From the Chinese tradition, we should advocate the open cosmopolitanism, which includes step by step advance. The Chinese scholars need to make a modern transformation of Chinese traditional culture, bring the cultural wealth of the Chinese nation into the era of artificial intelligence, and open up new possibilities for the global governance of human beings.
