基于SVAR模型的河南省区域创新体系随机冲击的研究

【摘要】:河南省区域创新体系的发展过程中,必然会受到随机冲击的影响。本文运用1991-2012年河南省时间序列数据,选取新产品销售收入、从事科技活动的人员、国内专利申请授权量、科技论文发表篇数、国外主要检索工具收录我国科技论文篇数、技术引进经费、企业研发经费和政府研发经费六项指标,对相关数据进行稳定性检验、Granger因果检验和协整关系分析建立SVAR模型,通过脉冲响应分析和方差分解,对河南省区域创新体系的随机冲击进行实证分析。研究结果表明,从长期来看,代表区域创新能力的新产品销售收入指标主要与企业研发经费,从事科技活动的人员,国外主要检索工具收录我国科技论文篇数三项指标存在正向关系。、与科技论文发表篇数,国内专利申请授权量两项指标呈负向关系。从脉冲响应结果来看,区域创新能力对于国外主要检索工具收录我国科技论文篇数的随机冲击显示出迅速的正向响应。从时间上来说,在前期应该增加国外主要检索工具收录我国科技论文篇数指标相关影响因素的投入,在中长期应该增加科技论文发表篇数指标相关因素的投入,在后期应该增加企业研发经费的投入。这样将会拉动河南省区域创新能力,加快区域创新体系整体水平上升的速度。进一步地,提出提高河南省区域创新能力的建议。
[Abstract]:The development of regional innovation system in Henan Province is bound to be affected by random impact. Based on the time series data of Henan Province from 1991 to 2012, this paper selects the sales income of new products, personnel engaged in scientific and technological activities, the amount of patent application authorization in China, the number of scientific and technological papers published, and the number of scientific and technological papers published in China by major foreign retrieval tools. Based on the six indexes of technology introduction funds, enterprise R & D funds and government R & D funds, the SVAR model is established by using Granger causality test and cointegration analysis to the relevant data, which is based on impulse response analysis and variance decomposition. The random impact of regional innovation system in Henan Province is empirically analyzed. The results show that, in the long run, the new product sales revenue indicators, which represent the regional innovation capability, are mainly related to the R & D funds of the enterprises and personnel engaged in scientific and technological activities. There is a positive relationship between the three indexes of the number of scientific and technological papers collected by foreign main retrieval tools and the number of papers published in science and technology papers and the negative relationship between the two indexes of the quantity of patent application authorization in China. From the results of impulse response, the regional innovation ability shows a rapid positive response to the random impact of the number of scientific and technological papers collected by major foreign retrieval tools. In terms of time, we should increase the input of factors related to the number of scientific and technological papers published in China in the early stage, and increase the input of related factors in the publication of scientific and technological papers in the medium and long term. In the later period should increase the enterprise research and development funds investment. In this way, the regional innovation ability of Henan Province will be stimulated and the whole level of regional innovation system will be accelerated. Further, some suggestions are put forward to improve the regional innovation ability of Henan Province.
