决战极端贫困:中国的共享发展之路

【摘要】：随着中国经济结束高速增长,中国欲顺利完成"十三五"规划中彻底消除极端贫困的目标困难极大。中国提出未来的经济增长要坚持创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念。准确把握这五大理念,并完整地贯彻落实到精准扶贫的具体实践中,将使我国进入决战极端贫困的新境界。不管是世界银行等国际组织、美国等发达国家还是孟加拉等发展中国家,都曾经或正在就类似问题展开探索,并积累了许多成功的经验。借鉴国外成功的经验,对于中国打赢新发展理念下的脱贫攻坚战大有裨益。
[Abstract]:As China's economy ends its high-speed growth, it is extremely difficult for China to successfully complete the 13th Five-Year Plan's goal of eradicating extreme poverty. China puts forward the five development concepts of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing in future economic growth. To grasp these five concepts accurately and to carry out them completely in the concrete practice of accurate poverty alleviation will make our country enter a new state of extreme poverty. Both international organizations such as the World Bank, developed countries such as the United States and developing countries, such as Bangladesh, have explored or are exploring similar issues and have accumulated many successful experiences. Drawing on the successful experience of foreign countries, it is of great benefit for China to win the new development concept of the fight against poverty.
