“一带一路”背景下我国高端装备制造产业“走出去”布局与对策

【摘要】："一带一路"战略实施为我国高端装备制造产业扩大市场需求、技术输出、海外投资与合作带来重大历史机遇。近年来,我国高端装备制造产业已与"一带一路"沿线国家展开了合作,未来要进一步优化高端装备制造产业"走出去"布局。具体看,应采取推动产业优势资源整合、加强自主技术创新、突出产品品牌建设、强化实施人才战略、完善财税金融扶持政策等措施,加快我国高端装备制造产业"走出去"步伐。
[Abstract]:The implementation of "Belt and Road" strategy brings great historical opportunities for China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry to expand market demand, export technology, overseas investment and cooperation. In recent years, China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry has developed cooperation with countries along "Belt and Road". In the future, it is necessary to further optimize the "going out" layout of high-end equipment manufacturing industry. In particular, measures should be taken to promote the integration of industrial advantages and resources, to strengthen independent technological innovation, to highlight the building of product brands, to strengthen the implementation of the talent strategy, and to improve the fiscal, tax and financial support policies, etc. Speed up China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry to "go out" pace.
