特朗普新政下美国经济形势展望

【摘要】：本文通过对特朗普与里根两位美国总统经济政策的理论基础、政策实施的紧迫性和针对性以及政策实施的空间和效果等方面做详细比较,以此来分析和预判特朗普执政下的美国经济可能的演变趋势。文章认为尽管特朗普总统提出了"让美国重新伟大"的口号,但由于其经济政策的理论基础薄弱、针对性不强且逻辑混乱,同时经济环境的迥异也制约了其政策的实施空间,从而判断其执政成就很难超越里根时代。就目前特朗普总统所显示出来的个人执政风格而言,其很可能会是美国历史上一位非常有特点的总统,但离"伟大"可能还有相当的距离。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a detailed comparison of the theoretical basis of the economic policies of the two US presidents Trump and Reagan, the urgency and pertinence of the policy implementation, and the space and effect of the policy implementation. This is to analyze and predict the possible evolution of the American economy under Trump's administration. The article argues that despite President Trump's slogan of "make America Great again," its economic policy is weak, ill-targeted and illogical, and its space for policy implementation is constrained by the wide variety of economic circumstances. It is difficult to judge his achievements beyond the Reagan era. President Trump's current personal style of governance is likely to be a very distinctive president in American history, but it may still be a long way from "greatness."
