龙井市城镇居民消费问题研究

【摘要】：随着改革的深入和各项改革措施的出台,龙井市经济得到了迅速的发展。人均收入、人均消费水平、恩格尔系数等有了较大的发展。然而近几年龙井市经济各项指标始终在延边地区八个县市中排名靠后,和首府延吉市有一定的差距。在经济新常态下,要求加强消费对经济的拉动,这为龙井市经济发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。本文通过阅读大量的国内外学术著作的基础上,通过对龙井市城镇居民消费结构的研究,指出龙井市城镇居民消费结构中存在的问题,如:食品消费支出偏大,消费结构不合理。并且通过分析发现龙井市城镇居民整体收入水平偏低,和延边州其他县市比差距仍比较大。城乡收入分配差距过大,产业结构失衡,人口老龄化和消费环境不和谐等因素,是引起这些问题的根本原因。促进龙井市城镇居民消费结构优化的有效手段是发展经济,提高城镇居民消费水平,完善社会保障体系,提高低收入者收入,调整龙井市产业结构,优化消费结构,提高消费者素质,引导科学消费,改善龙井市消费环境等措施。同时,预测未来龙井市城镇居民的消费重点将在交通通讯消费、家庭设备用品的更新换代、居住条件的改善等几方面,对食品、衣着、医疗保健、文化娱乐的需求也将随着收入的增加有不同程度增长。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and the introduction of various reform measures, the economy of Longjing City has been developed rapidly. Per capita income, per capita consumption level, Engel coefficient and so on have a greater development. However, in recent years, the economic indicators of Longjing City have been ranked at the bottom of the eight counties and cities in Yanbian area, and there is a certain gap between Longjing City and Yanji City, the capital city. Under the new normal state of economy, it is necessary to strengthen the pull of consumption to the economy, which brings new opportunities and challenges to the economic development of Longjing City. On the basis of reading a large number of academic works at home and abroad, this paper points out the problems existing in the consumption structure of urban residents in Longjing City, such as the excessive expenditure on food consumption, through the research on the consumption structure of urban residents in Longjing City. The consumption structure is unreasonable. And through the analysis, it is found that the overall income level of urban residents in Longjing City is on the low side, and the gap is still large compared with other counties and cities in Yanbian Prefecture. Such factors as the gap of income distribution between urban and rural areas, the imbalance of industrial structure, the aging of population and the disharmony of consumption environment are the root causes of these problems. The effective means to promote the optimization of the consumption structure of urban residents in Longjing City are to develop the economy, improve the consumption level of urban residents, perfect the social security system, raise the income of low-income people, adjust the industrial structure of Longjing City, and optimize the consumption structure. Improve consumer quality, guide scientific consumption, improve Longjing City consumption environment and other measures. At the same time, it is predicted that the future consumption of urban residents in Longjing City will focus on the consumption of transportation and communications, the upgrading of household equipment and supplies, the improvement of living conditions, and so on, in the areas of food, clothing, medical care, etc. The demand for cultural entertainment will also increase in varying degrees with the increase in income.
