科技创新对广东省产业转型的影响研究

【摘要】：优化产业结构、转变经济增长方式是中国经济进入新常态发展阶段的重要特征。作为改革开放的排头兵,广东省在中央政策的支持下实现了经济的腾飞。然而,随着国际产业竞争环境的日趋复杂,广东省面临着巨大的转型压力:经济发展长期受益于出口和投资,产品科技含量较低,产业同构现象、能源紧张和环境污染问题也在一定程度上对广东省经济的可持续发展构成挑战。与此同时,创新驱动发展战略的实施给处在转折时期的广东省带来了希望,如何抓住这次机遇、实现产业转型成为亟待解决的问题。因此,研究科技创新对广东省产业转型的影响具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本文分为六个部分:第一章是绪论,介绍了本文的研究背景、选题意义、研究内容和方法,同时评述了本文的创新点和不足之处。第二章是文献综述和相关理论基础,其中文献综述包括科技创新与产业转型各自领域的研究以及双方关系的研究,理论基础包括区域创新系统理论、产业结构理论和优势理论。第三章从理论研究角度出发,深入分析了科技创新推动产业转型进程的作用机理,即科技创新不仅可以通过改造传统产业、改变产业关联和提高产业部门劳动生产率的方式来直接地推动产业转型,而且可以通过影响要素供给结构、改变需求结构和改善进出口贸易的方式来间接地推动产业转型。第四章从现实影响角度出发,在论述广东省科技创新的发展现状以及产业转型的必要性之后,表明科技创新是解决当前广东省产业结构问题的关键所在,并从农业、工业和服务业三个方面,就科技创新对广东省产业转型的促进作用作出客观的评价。第五章从实证研究角度出发,对广东省科技创新与产业转型之间的关系进行了计量分析,结果表明1995-2014年广东省科技创新能力与产业转型水平总体呈现出增长的态势。时间序列分析结果表明,二者之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系,科技创新对广东省产业转型具有正向的促进作用。动态面板模型的回归结果表明,科技创新产出与FDI、PGDP等部分其他要素交织在一起,共同推动了广东省产业转型的进程,并且这种促进作用具有地区差异。第六章是结论与建议,结合前文分析,得出研究结论,并从科技创新与产业转型两个角度提出相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Optimizing the industrial structure and changing the mode of economic growth are the important characteristics of Chinese economy entering the stage of new normal development. As the vanguard of reform and opening-up, Guangdong Province has achieved economic takeoff under the support of central policy. However, with the increasing complexity of the international industrial competition environment, Guangdong Province is facing enormous pressure of transition: economic development has benefited from export and investment for a long time, the content of product science and technology is low, and the phenomenon of industrial isomorphism. Energy stress and environmental pollution also pose a challenge to the sustainable development of Guangdong economy. At the same time, the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy has brought hope to Guangdong Province, which is in a turning point. How to seize this opportunity and realize the industrial transformation has become an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the impact of scientific and technological innovation on industrial transformation in Guangdong Province. This paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the research background, the significance of the topic, the research content and methods, and comments on the innovation and shortcomings of this paper. The second chapter is the literature review and related theoretical basis, which includes the scientific and technological innovation and industrial transformation in their respective fields and the relationship between the two studies. The theoretical basis includes regional innovation system theory, industrial structure theory and advantage theory. The third chapter, from the angle of theoretical research, deeply analyzes the mechanism of scientific and technological innovation promoting the process of industrial transformation, that is, scientific and technological innovation can not only transform traditional industries, The industrial transformation can be promoted directly by changing the industrial linkage and improving the labor productivity of the industrial sector, and indirectly by influencing the supply structure of the elements, changing the structure of demand and improving the import and export trade. Chapter four, from the angle of realistic influence, after discussing the present situation of science and technology innovation in Guangdong province and the necessity of industrial transformation, it shows that science and technology innovation is the key to solve the problem of industrial structure in Guangdong province, and from agriculture, This paper makes an objective evaluation on the promoting effect of science and technology innovation on the industrial transformation of Guangdong Province. The fifth chapter analyzes the relationship between technological innovation and industrial transformation in Guangdong Province from the perspective of empirical research. The results show that the capacity of scientific and technological innovation and the level of industrial transformation in Guangdong Province from 1995 to 2014 showed an overall growth trend. The results of time series analysis show that there is a long and stable equilibrium relationship between the two, and the innovation of science and technology has a positive effect on the industrial transformation of Guangdong Province. The regression results of dynamic panel model show that the innovation output of science and technology interweaves with some other factors such as FDI PGDP, which promotes the process of industrial transformation in Guangdong province, and the promoting effect is different in different regions. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and the suggestion, combined with the previous analysis, draws the research conclusion, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure suggestion from the two angles of the science and technology innovation and the industry transformation.
