中国—东盟经济自由贸易的网络分析

【摘要】：二十世纪以来,随着经济全球化和贸易国际化的不断发展,为了顺应世界经济发展的大势,经济区域一体化也逐渐发展起来。欧盟促进了欧洲经济的发展,增强了综合实力;北美自由贸易区的建立也推动了北美地区经济贸易的发展。在此背景下,中国与东盟各国也寻求依靠地区力量来实现经济发展。2002年,《中华人民共和国与东盟全面经济合作框架协议》在中国与东盟的共同努力下签订,协议商定在10年内建成中国-东盟自由贸易区。自贸区的建立是中国与东盟经济发展的必然,也是国际经济发展的必然。中国东盟自由贸易区的成员国都是发展中国家,而在世界上比较成熟的自贸区,如欧盟、北美自贸区等都是由发达国家和发展中国家共同构成的,所以中国东盟自贸区的建设没有其他自贸区的发展的可直接借鉴的经验,自贸区的发展全靠相互之间在不断的摸索中前进。从目前来看,虽然自贸区的贸易发展存在许多的问题,且有些问题也比较棘手和难处理,但是从总体而言,中国与东盟经济自由贸易区的建成,促进了中国与东盟贸易的发展。且随着双边交往的日益密切,双边的贸易发展已不是单纯的进出口贸易,发展到更高的战略层面,全面建设各个领域的贸易合作,从而形成双边贸易网络,辐射更多的区域和产生更大的影响力。构建中国东盟经济自由贸易网络是双边贸易发展的必然,也是推动区域经济发展的更伟大的前景。在写作手法上,本文采用理论分析与实证分析相结合,参考最新的资料和数据,对中国东盟自由贸易区作了介绍,同时,对中国东盟经济自由贸易的网络扩展作了简单的介绍,深入的分析了中国东盟的规模经济和产业经济带作了详细的分析,从而分析出中国东盟贸易网络建设存在的问题,并就问题提出了自己的方案建议。从而希望可以对中国东盟经济自由贸易的网络建设做出一点贡献
[Abstract]:Since the 20th century, with the continuous development of economic globalization and trade internationalization, in order to conform to the trend of world economic development, regional economic integration has gradually developed. The establishment of the North American Free Trade area (NAFTA) has also promoted the development of economic and trade in North America. In this context, China and ASEAN countries also seek to rely on regional forces to achieve economic development. In 2002, the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation between the people's Republic of China and ASEAN was signed with the joint efforts of China and ASEAN. The agreement agreed to complete the China-ASEAN Free Trade area within 10 years. The establishment of the Free Trade Zone is the necessity of the economic development of China and ASEAN, as well as of the international economic development. The members of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area are all developing countries, while the more mature free trade zones in the world, such as the European Union and the North American Free Trade area, are made up of both developed and developing countries. Therefore, the construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone has no direct experience that other free trade zones can use for reference, and the development of free trade zones depends on each other in constant groping forward. At present, although there are many problems in the development of free trade area, and some problems are more difficult and difficult to deal with, but in general, the establishment of China-ASEAN Economic Free Trade area has promoted the development of trade between China and ASEAN. And with the increasingly close bilateral exchanges, bilateral trade development is no longer a mere import and export trade, developing to a higher strategic level, comprehensive construction of trade cooperation in various fields, thus forming a bilateral trade network. More areas of radiation and greater impact. The construction of China-ASEAN economic free trade network is the necessity of bilateral trade development and the greater prospect of promoting regional economic development. In terms of writing techniques, this paper introduces the China-ASEAN Free Trade area by combining theoretical analysis with empirical analysis, referring to the latest information and data. At the same time, it briefly introduces the network expansion of China-ASEAN economic free trade. This paper deeply analyzes the scale economy and industrial economic belt of China-ASEAN, and then analyzes the problems existing in the construction of China-ASEAN trade network, and puts forward its own proposal on the problems. Therefore, we hope to make some contributions to the construction of China-ASEAN economic free trade network.
