低碳技术创新系统:概念辨析与研究展望

【摘要】：首先通过辨析低碳技术创新系统及其相关概念,系统地提出了低碳技术创新系统概念的内涵。然后以传统创新系统为理论基础,从系统边界和系统结构要素、系统与外部环境的相互作用以及系统功能与结构三个方面剖析低碳技术创新系统概念的内涵。最后基于产业和地理维度阐释了产业低碳技术创新系统和跨行业低碳技术创新系统,以及国家低碳技术创新系统和区域低碳技术创新系统的概念和分析侧重点。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the connotation of low-carbon technological innovation system is put forward by discriminating the concept of low-carbon technological innovation system and its related concepts. Then based on the theory of traditional innovation system, the connotation of the concept of low-carbon technology innovation system is analyzed from three aspects: system boundary and system structure elements, the interaction between system and external environment, and the system function and structure. Finally, based on the industrial and geographical dimensions, the concept and emphasis of the industrial low-carbon technological innovation system and the cross-industry low-carbon technological innovation system, as well as the national low-carbon technological innovation system and the regional low-carbon technological innovation system are explained and analyzed.
