河西区低碳城市发展路径与对策研究

【摘要】:随着全球城市化和工业化进程不断加快,作为人口聚集场所的城市在创造大量物质财富的同时,也在消耗着大量能源,排出大量温室气体污染气体,引发了生态环境破坏自然资源枯竭以及全球气候变暖等一系列连锁反应,严重威胁人类生活和可持续发展低碳城市已成为当今世界城市实现可持续发展的路径和目标本文从研究分析低碳城市概念内涵出发,以天津市河西区为例,从优势劣势机遇威胁等方面,分析评价河西区低碳城市发展水平,并提出了河西区发展低碳城市发展的路径与对策 本文从宏观的理论层面,在研究相关文献的基础上,分别分析低碳城市对人的价值考量和对自然的价值考量,提出了基于这两种价值的低碳城市概念及其四个内涵,探讨了与建设低碳城市相关的可持续发展理论低碳经济理论环境库兹涅茨曲线理论区域经济理论等四种理论从建设的中观层面,研究了工业建筑交通等碳汇以及绿化碳源对低碳城市建设的影响从实践的微观层面,介绍了零碳产业社区田园转型循环等六种国外低碳城市模式以及两种国内低碳城市建设模式,,总结了国内外低碳城市建设特点及区别,从中分析找出适合未来我国低碳城市建设的有效经验在上述工作基础上,利用SWOT分析法,从优势劣势机遇威胁四个方面对河西区低碳城市建设的现状进行分析和评价,从产业用能建筑交通绿化体制机制保障等方面提出了河西区建设低碳城市的发展对策
[Abstract]:As the process of global urbanization and industrialization continues to accelerate, cities, as places of concentration of people, are creating a great deal of material wealth while also consuming a great deal of energy and emitting a great deal of greenhouse gas pollution gases. Has triggered a series of ripple effects, such as ecological destruction, depletion of natural resources and global warming. A serious threat to human life and sustainable development of low-carbon cities has become the path and goal of realizing sustainable development of cities in the world today. Based on the research and analysis of the concept connotation of low-carbon cities, this paper takes the Hexi District of Tianjin as an example. This paper analyzes and evaluates the development level of low-carbon cities in Hexi region from the aspects of opportunities and threats of advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward the path and countermeasures for the development of low-carbon cities in Hexi district. Based on the study of relevant literature, this paper analyzes the value of low-carbon cities to human beings and nature, and puts forward the concept and four connotations of low-carbon cities based on these two values. This paper discusses the theory of sustainable development related to the construction of low-carbon cities, the theory of low-carbon economy, the Kuznets curve theory, the theory of regional economy, and so on. The effects of carbon sinks such as industrial building traffic and green carbon sources on the construction of low-carbon cities are studied from the micro level of practice. This paper introduces six foreign low carbon city models, including zero carbon industry community rural transformation cycle and two domestic low carbon city construction modes, and summarizes the characteristics and differences of low carbon city construction at home and abroad. On the basis of the above work, this paper analyzes and evaluates the present situation of the construction of low-carbon cities in Hexi region from the four aspects of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats, on the basis of the above work, and the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze and evaluate the current situation of the construction of low-carbon cities in Hexi region. This paper puts forward the development countermeasures of constructing low-carbon city in Hexi district from the aspects of the system and mechanism of traffic and greening of industrial energy building.
