我国劳动力流动对城乡收入差距影响研究

【摘要】：近年来,我国的劳动力流动规模逐年增加,城乡收入差距也不断扩大,而这两者并存的现象与国外的经典理论形成了悖论,引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。本文经过对中外学者的研究结论的梳理,建立了新的理论框架,从农村劳动力流动规模、城镇化、经济结构、人力资本、财政政策、对外经济开放程度这六个因素出发,运用了时间序列数据协整分析的方法,建立回归模型,因为是时间序列数据,本文在计量经济模型的处理方法上做了一些改进,首先进行了平稳性检验,从而保证进行的回归结果不是伪回归,本文创新之处在于将外部经济如财政政策、对外经济与其他几个因素共同考虑进了模型,这是先前的学者所没有特别关注到的,文章得出的主要结论认为我国的劳动力乡城流动和城市化实际上起到了缩小城乡收入差距的作用,而之所以出现劳动力流动规模与城乡收入差距同时扩大的现象,是因为背后的户籍制度,财政政策以及对外经济等因素发挥的作用抵消了劳动力流动和城市化缩小城乡收入差距的作用,甚至户籍制度、财政政策以及对外经济在一定程度上造成了城乡资源配置的不均衡,对城乡收入差距起到了显著的恶化作用,而最终我国的事实即表现为城乡之间的收入差距的扩大。最后本文根据模型结果,提出了改善户籍制度,加强农村的社会保障,发展农村经济,加大农业财政投入等几条建议,以期对我国的政府决策部门提供一些有效的建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the scale of labor flow in our country has been increasing year by year, and the income gap between urban and rural areas has also been expanding. However, the phenomenon of coexistence of the two forms a paradox with the classical theories of foreign countries, which has aroused the widespread concern of scholars at home and abroad. By combing the research conclusions of Chinese and foreign scholars, this paper sets up a new theoretical framework, starting from the six factors of rural labor flow scale, urbanization, economic structure, human capital, fiscal policy, and the degree of foreign economic opening. The regression model is established by using the method of cointegration analysis of time series data. Because it is time series data, this paper has made some improvements in the processing method of econometric model. In order to ensure that the regression result is not false regression, the innovation of this paper is that the external economy, foreign economy and other factors are taken into account in the model, which has not been paid special attention to by previous scholars. The main conclusion of this paper is that labor migration and urbanization actually play a role in narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas in China, and the phenomenon that the scale of labor force mobility and urban-rural income gap expands at the same time. It is because the factors behind the household registration system, the fiscal policy and the foreign economy play a role in offsetting the role of labor mobility and urbanization in narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas, and even the household registration system. Fiscal policy and foreign economy to a certain extent caused the imbalance of urban and rural resources allocation, and played a significant role in worsening the urban-rural income gap, but the final reality of our country is the expansion of the income gap between urban and rural areas. Finally, according to the results of the model, this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the household registration system, strengthening the rural social security, developing the rural economy and increasing the agricultural financial input, in order to provide some effective suggestions for the government policy-making departments in our country.
