中国对俄罗斯直接投资对俄罗斯经济的影响

【摘要】：在投资方面,国家经济相同,如果国家经济没有资本流入的话,它就无法有效地运作和发展。这意味着,每个国家的经济需要投资,也就是说,投资是现代经济的特点。在俄罗斯,在过去的几十年里,外国投资规模大小依然是最紧迫的问题。目前,外资在每个国家经济中占据特殊的地位,俄罗斯也不例外。俄罗斯努力吸引外国直接投资,因为直接投资直接投入经济,把它们控制更方便。现在中国资金充足,并且在俄罗斯经济中,中国的直接投资额所占比重最大。俄罗斯在获得投资的过程中,受益匪浅:俄罗斯经济获得更多的资金,并开始快速发展,与此同时,增加了就业岗位、提高了工资、引进了高新技术、交流了经验等。但是,中国直接投资带来利益的同时,也产生了一些消极的影响:俄罗斯经济的自主性减弱、进出口减少等。但是,让外资只产生积极影响并非易事。本论文研究2014-2016年中国对俄罗斯直接投资的规模,它们的行业分布和方式,分析中国对俄罗斯直接投资的情况和中国直接投资所产生的积极和消极影响。最后一章研究中国对俄罗斯直接投资的有利政策。如果我们理解中国对俄罗斯直接投资的影响,那么我们将会了解如何减少中国对俄罗斯经济的消极影响,使中国直接投资充分发挥积极作用进而改善俄罗斯经济。当然,外国投资是国家经济恢复和发展的最重要的条件,现实意义。在俄罗斯企业资金不足的情况下,中国直接投资成为俄罗斯经济补充的来源。所研究课题具有很大的现实意义,因为它涉及世界上发达国家的经济,也描述了这些国家的投资规模。因为投资规模直接影响俄罗斯经济的发展,现在,俄罗斯在努力寻找可能的外资、投资的方式和形式。投资分布直接反映了俄罗斯经济行业的吸引力,与此同时投资规模大小反映了俄罗斯经济行业的吸引力的大小。本论文通过研究中国投资对俄罗斯经济的影响,旨在减少中国投资对俄罗斯经济的消极影响,进而使中国投资在俄罗斯发挥更大的作用。当然,每个国家都会有最具有吸引力的行业,但是,逐渐顺利地发展所有的行业,包括已经发展很好的行业是很重要的。
[Abstract]:In terms of investment, the national economy is the same, if the national economy without capital inflows, it can not operate and develop effectively. This means that each country's economy needs investment, that is, investment is characteristic of the modern economy. In Russia, the size of foreign investment has remained the most pressing issue over the past few decades. At present, foreign investment occupies a special position in each country's economy, Russia is no exception. Russia is trying to attract foreign direct investment, which is more easily controlled by direct investment into the economy. China is now well-funded and has the largest share of direct investment in the Russian economy. Russia has benefited greatly from its investment: the Russian economy has gained more capital and begun to grow rapidly, while increasing jobs, raising wages, introducing new technologies, exchanging experiences, etc. However, while China's direct investment brings benefits, it also has some negative effects: Russia's economic autonomy is weakened, imports and exports are reduced, and so on. But getting foreign investment to have only a positive impact is not easy. This paper studies the scale of China's direct investment in Russia from 2014 to 2016, their industry distribution and mode, and analyzes the situation of China's direct investment in Russia and the positive and negative effects of China's direct investment. The last chapter studies the favorable policy of China's direct investment in Russia. If we understand the impact of China's direct investment in Russia, then we will understand how to reduce China's negative impact on the Russian economy, so that China's direct investment can play a full positive role in order to improve the Russian economy. Of course, foreign investment is the most important condition for national economic recovery and development. Chinese direct investment has become a source of supplement to the Russian economy in the absence of funds from Russian companies. The research topic is of great practical significance because it involves the economies of developed countries in the world and describes the scale of investment in these countries. Because the scale of investment directly affects the development of the Russian economy, Russia is now trying to find possible foreign investment, the way and the form of investment. The distribution of investment directly reflects the attractiveness of the Russian economic sector, while the size of the investment reflects the attractiveness of the Russian economic sector. By studying the impact of Chinese investment on Russian economy, this paper aims to reduce the negative impact of Chinese investment on Russian economy and make Chinese investment play a greater role in Russia. Of course, every country has the most attractive industries, but it is important that all industries, including those that are already well developed, be developed smoothly.
