玉溪融入滇中城市经济圈的产业定位及发展战略研究

【摘要】：产业发展是某一区域经济发展的重要载体。制定科学的产业定位及发展战略,是区域产业实现可持续发展的客观要求,对于区域在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地能起到重要的决定性作用。玉溪作为滇中城市经济圈建设继昆明之后最为重要的城市，在推进滇中城市经济圈建设的进程中，玉溪产业发展的“短板”日愈凸显。积极利用滇中城市经济圈建设的机遇，通过与区域合作、强化产业协作分工、优化产业布局，获得更多的发展机会、更大的发展空间，加快提升产业发展水平，，形成具有可持续发展能力和竞争力的现代产业体系，是玉溪当前必须高度正视和解决的问题。因此，开展玉溪产业定位及发展战略管理研究具有重要的现实意义。本文应用战略管理学的知识，以玉溪产业定位和发展为研究对象，通过分析内、外部环境，设置了战略定位和战略目标，确定了战略管理导向，并提出了促进战略实施保障措施，建立一个涵盖玉溪产业发展的综合实力、产业发展综合能力、产业的发展可持续能力的评价指标体系。
[Abstract]:Industrial development is an important carrier of regional economic development. It is an objective requirement for regional industry to realize sustainable development to formulate scientific industrial positioning and development strategy, which can play an important and decisive role in the fierce competition of the region in an invincible position. Yuxi is the most important city after Kunming in the construction of urban economic circle in central Yunnan. In the process of promoting the construction of urban economic circle in central Yunnan, the "short board" of Yuxi industry development becomes more and more prominent. By actively taking advantage of the opportunity of urban economic circle construction in central Yunnan, we should strengthen the industrial cooperation and division of labor, optimize the industrial layout, obtain more opportunities for development, increase the space for development, and speed up the upgrading of industrial development through regional cooperation. To form a modern industrial system with sustainable development ability and competitive power is a problem that must be highly addressed and solved in Yuxi at present. Therefore, the development of Yuxi industry positioning and development strategy management research has important practical significance. This paper applies the knowledge of strategic management, taking Yuxi industry positioning and development as the research object, through analyzing the internal and external environment, sets up the strategic positioning and strategic objectives, and determines the strategic management orientation. It also puts forward the measures to promote the implementation of the strategy, and establishes an evaluation index system covering the comprehensive strength of the industrial development of Yuxi, the comprehensive ability of the industrial development and the sustainable development of the industry.
