我国居民收入增长与经济发展同步问题研究

【摘要】：本文通过对居民收入增长与经济发展同向异步现状的研究，致力于促进居民收入增长与经济发展的同步。居民收入增长与经济发展同步是指居民收入增长的速度与GDP增长速度相同。如果居民收入增长速度长期高于GDP增长速度或者长期低于GDP增长速度，都将造成负面影响。本文分别分析了我国城乡居民收入增长与经济发展的同向异步态势、不同行业职工收入增长与经济发展的同向异步态势、高低收入群体收入增长与经济发展的同向异步态势、不同地区居民收入增长与经济发展的同向异步态势，并分析了具有各地区代表性的上海市、湖北省、四川省、辽宁省与北京市这五个省市的居民收入增长与经济发展的同向异步态势。数据显示，城镇居民收入增长与经济发展的同步性要高于农村居民，中等收入户收入增长与经济发展的同步性要高于高收入户和低收入户，东北地区与中部地区居民收入增长与经济发展的同步性要高于东部地区和西部地区。由于我国长期以投资为主导的经济发展方式，地区差别、行业差别、城乡差别的存在，以及尚不完善的收入分配政策等原因，导致我国居民收入增长与经济发展难以同步。因此，要使我国居民收入增长与经济发展同步，需要从认识条件、分配条件、发展条件、税收条件等方面入手，加快推进经济发展方式的转变，努力缩小地域差别、行业差别与城乡差别，推进收入分配制度改革，规范和完善分配体制。
[Abstract]:Through the study of the asynchronous situation between income growth and economic development, this paper is devoted to promoting the synchronization of income growth and economic development. The growth rate of resident income and economic development is the same as that of GDP. If residents' incomes grow faster than GDP for a long time or lower than GDP growth for a long time, it will have a negative impact. This paper analyzes the asynchronous situation of income growth and economic development of urban and rural residents in China, the income growth of workers in different industries and the asynchronous situation of economic development, the income growth of high and low income groups and the same asynchronous situation of economic development. The same asynchronous situation between income growth and economic development in different regions, and the analysis of Shanghai, Hubei and Sichuan provinces, which are representative of different regions, Liaoning Province and Beijing, the five provinces and cities of income growth and economic development in the same asynchronous situation. The data show that the income growth of urban residents and economic development is more synchronized than that of rural residents, and that of middle-income households is higher than that of high-income households and low-income households. The synchronism between income growth and economic development in northeast and central regions is higher than that in eastern and western regions. For a long time, the way of economic development, regional differences, industry differences, differences between urban and rural areas, and the imperfect income distribution policy of our country lead to the growth of Chinese residents' income and economic development, which are difficult to synchronize with each other. Therefore, in order to synchronize the growth of Chinese residents' income with economic development, we should start with the conditions of understanding, distribution, development and taxation, accelerate the transformation of the mode of economic development, and strive to narrow the regional differences. Industry and urban and rural differences, promote income distribution system reform, standardize and improve the distribution system.
