无锡太湖新城低碳生态城建设的挑战与思考

【摘要】：随着全球性气候变化挑战的日益严峻,低碳生态发展的理念应运而生,并逐渐成为国内外城市发展的共同趋势和公认方向。论文试图通过对无锡太湖新城低碳生态城建设探索实践的深入分析,探讨低碳生态城市建设发展的优化路径和对策建议。首先,论文在对国内外低碳生态理念产生与发展进行分析总结的基础上,阐释了对低碳生态城市内涵的理解,强调准确把握低碳生态城市内涵是推进低碳生态城建设取得实效的基础。其次,论文总结分析了无锡太湖新城低碳生态城建设的进展成效、困境挑战,指出低碳生态城建设应注重吸收借鉴国内外城市发展经验,并结合实际、因地制宜进行创新和发展,才有可能探索出一条低碳生态城建设的成功之路。最后,论文对无锡太湖新城建设低碳生态城的优化路径提出了系统性的对策建议,期许可以为无锡太湖新城以及国内外其他城市低碳生态发展提供参考借鉴。包括：强化政府主导和规划引导,加强生态文明理念和低碳生态文化宣传,推动产业发展模式低碳化,加快低碳生态城重点项目建设,加强建成区低碳化改造,倡导低碳行为和生活方式,等等。
[Abstract]:With the increasing challenges of global climate change, the concept of low-carbon ecological development emerged as the times require, and gradually became the common trend and recognized direction of urban development at home and abroad. This paper attempts to explore the construction practice of low carbon ecological city in Wuxi Taihu new city, and discusses the optimized path and countermeasures for the construction and development of low carbon ecological city. First of all, based on the analysis and summary of the emergence and development of low-carbon ecological concept at home and abroad, the paper explains the understanding of the connotation of low-carbon eco-city. It is emphasized that accurate understanding of the connotation of low carbon ecological city is the basis of promoting the construction of low carbon ecological city. Secondly, the paper summarizes and analyzes the progress and challenges of the construction of low carbon ecological city in Wuxi Taihu new city, and points out that the construction of low carbon ecological city should draw lessons from the experience of urban development at home and abroad, and combine with reality. Only by innovating and developing according to local conditions can we explore a successful road for the construction of low carbon ecological city. Finally, the paper puts forward systematic countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of low carbon ecological city in Wuxi Taihu New City, which is expected to be a reference for Wuxi Taihu New City and other cities at home and abroad. Including: strengthening the guidance of the government and planning, strengthening the concept of ecological civilization and low carbon ecological culture propaganda, promoting the low-carbon industrial development model, speeding up the construction of key projects of low-carbon ecological city, strengthening the low-carbon transformation of the built areas, Advocate low carbon behavior and lifestyle, etc.
