贵阳城镇居民消费质量预测分析与对策研究

【摘要】：本文立足于中国奋斗全面小康伟大进程的大背景下,主要针对贵阳城镇居民的消费质量问题展开深入研究,通过阅读大量与消费质量有关的文献资料,在前人研究生活消费质量的基础上,从消费主体、客体和环境即消费活动的三要素出发,构建了一套比较完整的居民消费质量的评价指标体系。然后根据建立的指标体系和对贵阳城镇居民的消费质量满意度调查情况,综合运用因子分析法、变异系数法等统计研究方法,分别从客观和主观两个方面对贵阳城镇居民的消费质量作出全面合理的评价,并与国内东部沿海发达城市杭州以及全国城镇居民的消费质量状况进行比较分析,了解贵阳城镇居民消费质量在全国水平的位置,认识到贵阳城镇居民消费质量与发达地区的差距,同时对贵阳城镇居民消费质量进行预测,判断到2020年是否能够达到全面小康的消费水准。最后,根据搜集的各指标数据对贵阳城镇居民消费质量现状和存在的问题进行分析,提出一些未来提高贵阳城镇居民消费质量的对策和建议。通过研究我们得到贵州经过近些年后发赶超式的飞速发展,贵阳城镇居民的生活需要已基本得到满足,消费质量和生活水平也不断提高,数据分析结果显示贵阳比全国城镇居民平均消费质量水平还稍高。如若按此趋势发展,在未来几年内,达到全面小康的消费标准就指日可待。但与此同时,我们也要看到贵阳城镇居民消费质量与发达地区相比也还存在一定差距,还存在着消费水平和居民消费素质不高,消费结构不太合理,消费环境不佳等问题,针对此问题必须采取增加居民收入,加强消费教育,拓宽消费领域,优化消费环境等有效措施来提高居民的消费质量。
[Abstract]:Based on the background of the great process of striving for an all-round well-off society in China, this paper focuses on the in-depth study of the consumption quality of the urban residents in Guiyang, and through reading a large number of documents related to the consumption quality. On the basis of the previous research on the quality of consumption, a set of relatively complete evaluation index system of resident consumption quality is constructed from the three elements of consumption subject, object and environment, that is, consumption activity. Then, according to the established index system and the survey of the satisfaction degree of the urban residents in Guiyang, the statistical research methods, such as factor analysis method and coefficient of variation method, are used synthetically. This paper makes a comprehensive and reasonable evaluation of the consumption quality of the urban residents in Guiyang from both objective and subjective aspects, and makes a comparative analysis of the consumption quality of the urban residents in Hangzhou, a developed coastal city in the eastern part of China, as well as in the cities and towns all over the country. To understand the position of the consumption quality of Guiyang urban residents in the national level, to recognize the gap between the consumption quality of Guiyang urban residents and the developed regions, and to forecast the consumption quality of Guiyang urban residents. Judge whether can achieve overall well-off consumption level by 2020. Finally, according to the collected index data, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the consumption quality of the urban residents in Guiyang, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the consumption quality of the urban residents in Guiyang in the future. By studying the rapid development of Guizhou in recent years, the living needs of urban residents in Guiyang have been basically met, and the quality of consumption and living standards have also been continuously improved. Data analysis results show that Guiyang is slightly higher than the national average consumption quality of urban residents. If this trend develops, in the next few years, the overall well-off consumption standards will be around the corner. But at the same time, we also need to see that there is still a certain gap between the consumption quality of urban residents in Guiyang and the developed areas, and there are still problems such as low consumption level and residents' consumption quality, unreasonable consumption structure, and poor consumption environment, etc. To solve this problem, we must take effective measures to increase residents' income, strengthen consumption education, broaden consumption fields and optimize consumption environment to improve residents' consumption quality.
