全域旅游视角下四川省华蓥市资源枯竭型城市产业转型研究

【摘要】：通过对华蓥市开展的研究可以看出,其在我国的能源发展过程中具有非常重要的地位,属于首批生产重要能源的基地以及国家三线的建设基地,富含着大量的石灰石以及煤炭等资源。目前我国境内企业的发展,大都是通过对煤炭的生产经营建立和发展起来,但是随着对煤炭资源的进一步开发,在现阶段出现了枯竭的现象,再加上人口增加的迅速增加,资源问题也越来越突出,必须要加强对传统向绿色发展模型的转变,原有的资源禀赋已不能支撑华蓥市经济社会快速发展。本地经济在发展的过程中,在各方面都存在一定的问题,比如环境资源、地方财政收入以及产业结构等。资源枯竭型的城市必须要对该问题加以注重,并实施积极的措施解决上述的问题,保障发展的可持续性。由此,必须要加强对城市产业转型开展的研究。本文在借鉴国内外关于旅游发展与资源枯竭型城市产业转型发展建设研究成果的基础上,以四川省华蓥市为研究对象,综合运用区域经济学、旅游经济学、地理学等学科知识,指出了在全域旅游视角下华蓥市实现产业转型的必要性和可行性,从而在理论上提出了“3M合一”的模式。论文结合研究对象,详尽分析了研究区的发展环境和产业发展现状,找出其存在的问题,并进行了深入而系统的产业转型研究,并提出产业转型研究模式,其中Madhyamaka(中观)是核心,Macroscopic(宏观)是推力,Microcosmic(微观)是动力。本文在全域旅游视角下的资源枯竭型城市产业转型发展研究,确立了应发展全域旅游引导产业转型的支撑体系,既拓展了旅游业与资源枯竭型城市产业发展关系研究又为我国资源枯竭型城市发展路径探索提供了新的发展思路。
[Abstract]:Through the study of Huaying City, we can see that Huaying City has a very important position in the process of energy development in our country. It belongs to the first batch of bases for producing important energy sources and the construction base for the third line of the state. Rich in limestone and coal and other resources. At present, the development of enterprises in China is mostly established and developed through the production and operation of coal. However, with the further development of coal resources, there is a phenomenon of depletion at this stage, coupled with the rapid increase in population. The problem of resources is becoming more and more prominent. It is necessary to strengthen the transformation from tradition to green development model. The original resource endowment can no longer support the rapid economic and social development of Huaying city. In the process of development of local economy, there are some problems in all aspects, such as environmental resources, local financial revenue and industrial structure. Resource-exhausted cities must pay attention to this problem and implement positive measures to solve the above problems to ensure the sustainability of development. Therefore, we must strengthen the research on the urban industrial transformation. Based on the research results of tourism development and industry transformation and construction in resource-exhausted cities at home and abroad, this paper takes Huaying City, Sichuan Province as the research object, and synthetically applies the knowledge of regional economics, tourism economics, geography and so on. This paper points out the necessity and feasibility of realizing the industrial transformation in Huaying city from the perspective of global tourism, and puts forward the model of "3M in one" theoretically. Combined with the research object, the paper analyzes the development environment and the current situation of industry development in the research area, finds out the existing problems, and makes a deep and systematic research on the industrial transformation, and puts forward the research mode of the industrial transformation. Madhyamaka (meso) is the core of Macroscopicis thrust Microcosmicis is the power. This paper studies the industrial transformation and development of resource-exhausted cities from the perspective of global tourism, and establishes the supporting system to guide the industrial transformation through the development of global tourism. It not only expands the research on the relationship between tourism and the industrial development of resource-exhausted cities, but also provides a new way of development for the development path of resource-exhausted cities in China.
