国家经济安全视角下发达国家对外投资战略分析与借鉴

【摘要】：我国在实施"走出去"战略的过程中,越来越多的国内企业将发展触角伸到国外,极大延展了我国国民经济的发展空间,促进了世界各国和各地区的共同发展。虽然我国企业对外投资取得了显著成绩,但与发达国家相比还处在学习与适应国际化经营阶段。为了能够更好地实施对外投资战略,除了要充分借鉴发达国家对外投资的成功经验外,还应在更深层面上将对外投资和国家安全关联在一起,以便在提升国家经济实力的同时,让本国民众取得深刻的获得感。
[Abstract]:In the process of carrying out the "going out" strategy, more and more domestic enterprises extend their development tentacles abroad, which greatly extend the development space of our national economy and promote the common development of all countries and regions in the world. Although Chinese enterprises have made remarkable achievements in their overseas investment, they are still in the stage of learning and adapting to the international operation compared with the developed countries. In order to better implement the OFDI strategy, in addition to drawing on the successful experiences of developed countries, OFDI and national security should also be linked at a deeper level, so as to enhance national economic strength at the same time. Let the people of our country get a deep sense of gain.
