二十世纪七十年代末八十年代初的对外经济考察活动

【摘要】：1978年6月,中央政治局听取和讨论了三个出境考察报告,有力推动了改革开放决策的出台。但是,对外经济考察,学习借鉴境外发展经验,是一个庞大的、复杂的综合性工程,而目前研究中却存在简单化、符号化的倾向。通过对20世纪70年代末80年代初对外经济考察的系统梳理,可以展现出中国兼收并蓄,汲取世界各国各地区先进经验,探索中国现代化建设路径和社会主义道路的复杂面貌。这是探求改革开放成功的"基因密码"和"中国奇迹"何以发生不可忽视的因素。
[Abstract]:In June 1978, the Politburo listened to and discussed three overseas inspection reports, which pushed forward the decision of reform and opening up. However, the study of foreign economy and learning from overseas development experience is a huge and complex comprehensive project, but there is a tendency of simplification and symbolization in the present research. Through a systematic review of the foreign economy in the late 1970s and early 1980s, it can be shown that China is all-embracing, drawing on the advanced experiences of all countries and regions of the world, and exploring the complex features of the path of China's modernization construction and the road of socialism. This is the reason why "gene code" and "Chinese miracle" can not be ignored to explore the success of reform and opening up.
