政产学研协同创新中的知识流研究

【摘要】:伴随经济全球化进程的加快,在复杂多变的竞争环境下,技术创新对于一国经济发展、产业结构升级及企业竞争力的提升具有决定性影响。实践证明,创新能力的培育和不断提升,不仅依赖市场提供的激烈机制,还需要政府进行合理干预和协调,营造良好的氛围,提高创新与成果转化的效率。政产学研协同创新成为我国建设国家创新体系的重要途径。而协同创新机制的建立,需要结合我国社会经济发展的实际,在政产学研影响因素辨析的基础上,对政府、高校、科研机构和企业之间的知识流动的规律性进行准确的把握。 本文从政府、高校及科研机构和企业组织三个知识流层面,探讨政产学研协同创新中知识流的影响因素,通过实证进行校验;在辨析影响因素的基础上,构建政产学研协同创新中知识流模型,通过系统仿真实验,观测政产学研知识流动的规律性,并根据研究结果提出相关管理对策。 第三章探讨了政产学研协同创新中政府、高校与科研机构、企业组织内的知识流影响因素,在理论分析的基础上,提出假设模型,在实证调查的基础上,运用结构方程的方法对影响因素进行了校验,为后面提出政产学研协同创新活动中的知识流模型提供依据。 第四章在政产学研协同创新各参与主体内部知识流影响因素研究的基础上,结合“知识流小车模型”以及“知识螺旋模型”,提出一个政产学研协同创新中知识流模型,并对政产学研协同创新系统中知识流动的各个主要回路进行了说明。 第五章针对所提出的知识流模型,通过Netlogo进行仿真实验,仿真研究知识流规律如下:知识流动由高熵向低熵流动;知识流层的知识主体空间距离越近越容易产生新的知识;知识流层之间的知识转化率、吸收程度由知识流层的性质来决定的;政产学研协同创新环境下的知识流动,并不是单一的线性关系,是存在环形的可能性。 第六章对政产学研协同创新中知识流进行总结。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, technological innovation plays a decisive role in a country's economic development, industrial structure upgrading and enterprise competitiveness under the complex and changeable competitive environment. Practice has proved that the cultivation and continuous improvement of innovation ability depends not only on the fierce mechanism provided by the market, but also on the reasonable intervention and coordination of the government, so as to create a good atmosphere and improve the efficiency of innovation and transformation of achievements. The cooperative innovation of politics, industry, education and research has become an important way to construct the national innovation system in our country. The establishment of cooperative innovation mechanism needs to accurately grasp the regularity of knowledge flow among government, universities, scientific research institutions and enterprises on the basis of discriminating the influencing factors of government, universities, scientific research institutions and enterprises on the basis of the reality of the social and economic development of our country and on the basis of discriminating the influencing factors of the government, universities, scientific research institutions and enterprises. From the three levels of knowledge flow of government, university, scientific research institution and enterprise organization, this paper discusses the influencing factors of knowledge flow in cooperative innovation of government, college, university and enterprise. This paper constructs the knowledge flow model in the cooperative innovation of politics, industry, education and research, observes the regularity of the knowledge flow through the system simulation experiment, and puts forward the relevant management countermeasures according to the research results. The third chapter discusses the factors that affect the knowledge flow in the government, universities, scientific research institutions and enterprises in the cooperative innovation of government, colleges, universities and research institutions. On the basis of theoretical analysis, a hypothetical model is put forward and an empirical investigation is carried out. The influence factors are verified by using the method of structural equation, which provides the basis for putting forward the knowledge flow model in the cooperative innovation activities of government, production, education and research. In the fourth chapter, on the basis of the research on the influencing factors of knowledge flow in the main bodies involved in the cooperative innovation of politics, production, education and research, a knowledge flow model in the collaborative innovation of politics, industry, education and research is proposed, combining with the knowledge flow model and the knowledge spiral model. The main circuits of knowledge flow in the cooperative innovation system of government, industry, university and research are explained. In the fifth chapter, according to the proposed knowledge flow model, through Netlogo simulation experiments, the laws of knowledge flow are as follows: knowledge flow flows from high entropy to low entropy, the closer the knowledge flow layer is, the easier it is to produce new knowledge. The degree of knowledge conversion between knowledge flow layers is determined by the nature of knowledge flow layer, and the knowledge flow in collaborative innovation environment of government, industry, education and research is not a single linear relationship, it is the possibility of existence of ring. The sixth chapter summarizes the knowledge flow in the cooperative innovation of government, industry, education and research.
