浙江省金融发展对资本配置效率影响的实证研究

【摘要】：资本是经济增长的重要源泉,对一个国家或地区的经济发展和增长具有极其重要的作用。提高资本配置效率对一个国家或地区的产业转型和增长方式转变具有重要的推动作用。在当前我国经济迫切需要转型升级以及世界经济增速减缓的大背景下，我国已经无法继续依靠高投入、高消耗的方式来推动经济的高速增长。因此，通过金融发展来优化资本配置、提高资本配置效率是我国当前实现经济增长方式由粗放型转向集约型的重要途径，也是优化经济结构和加快经济发展的关键所在。浙江省是我国经济及金融发展水平位居前列的省份，其资本聚集量相对于其他地区要丰富很多，，可以代表长三角地区乃至我国比较先进的金融发展水平。本文参考Jeffeywurgler资本配置效率测算模型并结合浙江省相关的统计数据，对浙江省的资本配置效率以及浙江省金融发展对资本配置效率的影响等问题进行实证研究,从区域层面探析我国经济发达地区资本配置效率及金融发展程度。不仅能对浙江省资本配置效率现状以及金融发展对其影响有清晰的认识，而且对于正确认识和评价我国金融发展对提高资本配置效率以及促进经济的健康持续发展具有重要的指导意义。本文研究表明，浙江省总体资本配置效率水平较低，金融发展未能有效提高资本配置效率水平。主要原因在于：浙江省金融发展主要表现为资本总量的快速增长而非资本配置效率的提高，金融市场功能不完整，资本市场结构失调等。最后，本文根据实证结论以及相关原因提出相应的改善浙江省金融发展状况的政策建议，望以此来提高资本配置效率。
[Abstract]:Capital is an important source of economic growth and plays an extremely important role in the economic development and growth of a country or region. Improving the efficiency of capital allocation plays an important role in the industrial transformation and growth mode transformation of a country or region. Under the background of the urgent need of economic transformation and upgrading and the slowdown of world economic growth, China has been unable to continue to rely on the way of high investment and high consumption to promote the rapid economic growth. Therefore, to optimize the capital allocation and improve the efficiency of capital allocation through financial development is an important way to change the mode of economic growth from extensive to intensive. It is also the key to optimize the economic structure and speed up economic development. Zhejiang Province is one of the most advanced provinces in economic and financial development in China, and its capital accumulation is much richer than other regions, which can represent the relatively advanced level of financial development in the Yangtze River Delta region and even in China. This paper, referring to the Jeffeywurgler capital allocation efficiency model and combining with the relevant statistics of Zhejiang Province, makes an empirical study on the capital allocation efficiency of Zhejiang Province and the influence of the financial development of Zhejiang Province on the capital allocation efficiency. This paper analyzes the efficiency of capital allocation and the degree of financial development in the developed regions of China from the regional level. Not only can we have a clear understanding of the current situation of capital allocation efficiency in Zhejiang Province and the impact of financial development on it, Moreover, it is of great significance to correctly understand and evaluate the financial development of our country to improve the efficiency of capital allocation and to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the economy. The study shows that the overall capital allocation efficiency of Zhejiang Province is low, and the financial development can not effectively improve the efficiency level of capital allocation. The main reasons are that the financial development of Zhejiang Province is characterized by the rapid growth of the total capital rather than the improvement of the efficiency of capital allocation, the incomplete function of the financial market, the imbalance of the capital market structure, and so on. Finally, according to the empirical conclusions and related reasons, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations to improve the financial development of Zhejiang Province, hoping to improve the efficiency of capital allocation.
