引领中国经济发展新常态的理论思考与实践探索——学习习近平关于社会主义经济建设的重要论述

【摘要】：党的十八大以来,习近平综合分析世界经济长周期和我国发展阶段性特征及其相互作用,作出了我国经济发展进入新常态的重大判断。以习近平同志为核心的党中央,顺应认识、把握、引领新常态的客观要求,对我国经济工作的理念、思路、着力点等进行了重要调整,形成以新发展理念为指导、以供给侧结构性改革为主线的政策框架。实践证明,以新发展理念为指导、以供给侧结构性改革为主线的政策框架,对指导经济工作发挥了重要作用。习近平牢牢把握坚持中国特色社会主义政治经济学的重大原则,形成和总结出我国经济发展实践的一系列规律性成果,开拓了当代中国马克思主义政治经济学的新境界。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Xi Jinping has comprehensively analyzed the characteristics of the long period of world economy and the stage of development of our country and their interaction, and has made an important judgment that the economic development of our country has entered the new normal state. The Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, conforms to the objective requirements of understanding, grasping and leading the new normal, and has made important adjustments to the concept, thinking, and focus of China's economic work, and has formed a new concept of development as its guide. A policy framework based on supply-side structural reforms. Practice has proved that the policy framework guided by the new development concept and the main line of supply-side structural reform plays an important role in guiding the economic work. Xi Jinping firmly grasps and adheres to the important principles of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics, forms and summarizes a series of regular achievements of China's economic development practice, and opens up a new realm of contemporary Marxist political economy in China.
